5 stars for Hiatt but awful delivery by DPD!
Brilliant products and services so 5 stars for Hiatt. However you use DPD for deliveries and they are useless - they delivered both my parcels from you to the wrong address, only looking at the postcode and not our actual house name. Please consider moving to a different delivery service as it affects your business!

Good buy and delivered quickly
We were pleased to be able to buy some replacement handles for our kitchen units from this company which was great. The price was good and they were delivered quickly. The only snag was that they were packed in a box which was far too big. The box was badly damaged on arrival. Fortunately, the items hadn't fallen out.
