Die erste Lieferung vor einigen Monaten war schnell, Produkte gut, somit alles gut.

Bei der zweiten Lieferung gab es wohl technische Probleme am Zoll und die Bestellung verzögerte sich. Es gab zwar eine Mail, dass es nochmal 10 Tage dauern kann, bis ich die Ware erhalte.

Ich habe bis heute noch nichts erhalten. Auf Nachfrage beim Kundenservice heute bekam ich nur eine allgemeine Antwort, dass die Ware versendet wird, wenn diese vom Zoll zurückgeschickt wurde. Das hätte laut der Mail von der Firma selber schon vor zwei Wochen passieren sollen.

Bestellt habe ich vor drei Wochen, die Mail mit der Lieferverzögerung vor zwei Wochen… meine Geduld ist langsam am Ende, nachdem die Ware jetzt auch nicht sooo günstig ist, dass man sowas „in Kauf“ nimmt.

Warum schickt man bei dem Fehler keine neue Ware los, wenn die „alte“ Ware sowieso wieder zurück kommt?!

NACHTRAG: Kundenservice wird hier noch großgeschrieben. Auf die Bewertung hat sich die Firma prompt gemeldet und umgehend Abhilfe geschafften. Die "neue" Ware kam heute an. Vielen Dank hierfür. Bei so einem Service bestellt man dann auch gerne wieder, auch wenn es mal auf Anhieb nicht so laufen sollte :)

Leider habe ich die Socken nach 3 Wochen noch immer nicht erhalten. Versandbestätigung kam recht zügig nach der Bestellung. Dann eine Mail das etwas schief gelaufen ist. Auf Nachfrage bekommt keine weiteren Informationen.
Sehr ärgerlich, da die Socken ein Geschenk waren. Und das für den Preis. Bestelle nie wieder bei euch.

UPDATE: Meine Socken sind nun auf mehrfacher Nachfrage endlich eingetroffen. Vielen Dank dafür. Qualität ist sehr gut.

très bonne marque de chaussettes sportives.
qualité au top, je ne porte plus ça depuis 2 ans et demi. elles sont résistantes, je les portes lors de mes séances de musculation et mes séances de quick boxing (je frappe sur sac de frappe, donc ça résiste très bien). elles sont très belles et on me demande suivant où je les achetées. marque à suivre.

Genuinely the best pairs of socks in my sock drawer. Lovely soft texture, breathable material and multi-functional. I’ve used them for distance cycling, running and weight lifting. They are super grippy to your body and don’t turn around in your shoe or whilst walking! Honestly, would not look back.

The socks are really high quality and look very nice. I constantly receive compliments as they attract a lot of attention in the gym.
The customer service is great and communicate clearly, as they were very quick at amending the order that I placed wrongly at my end.
Perhaps one way to make the experience even better would be to have a more reliable predicted delivery date and tracking.

Love the socks, comfy bright and colourful. My only issue with them is they fade at the heels….doesn’t stop me buying them tho…love them

Chaussettes chères, frais de port élevés puis frais de douane qui s’ajoutent. Au final, facture salée pour des chaussettes belles mais très simples en terme de qualité.

Super qualité! Cependant les frais de douane vers la France sont très chers, c'est dommage je ne recommanderai plus à cause de ça. Un point d'envoi de l'Europe serait génial.

I bought the socks because of the fun messages on them, but found them to be very comfortable as well. I will definitely be ordering more, and buying some as gifts!

A la demande d'HEXEE, je donne donc mon avis sur les chaussettes qu'ils sont sur que j'ai reçu.
La poste m'a mis un mot dans ma boîte aux lettres pour que je leur donne 13€ en échange de mon colis.
J'ai envoyé un mail à la société HEXEE pour les prévenir, ils m'ont répondu que lors du retour du colis ( donc dans 3 semaines), ils vont me le renvoyer ( une à deux semaines de plus). Sans proposer de geste commercial en compensation.

Far too expensive for low quality.
The material has roughened up after wearing it once. Did expect more for that money.
Have been wearing these for one day in leather boots. Well...now they're not white anymore (have those in white with pink lightning).
Grip is not as good as I expected. Won't buy again and can't recommend. There are far better sport socks out there.
One star for the really nice design. But unfortunately this does not compensate the high price and low quality for me.

Delivery little longer due to customs, but the socks fit perfectly. Ordered before and the durabilty/quality is long lasting!

On January 30, 2024 I placed an order on your site with order number #7353. Unfortunately I never received anything. Now I can imagine that shipping to the Netherlands takes longer, but 2 months is a very long time. In addition, it is still set to "processing".

I placed the same order on January 29, but the purchase did not go through due to an error in the payment process.

The strange thing is that both transactions have been paid.

I have tried to contact you several times via the site. Unfortunately never received a response. Maybe this way.

Colours & Patterns are bright and fun and from a comfort/feel perspective they feel great and are by far my favoriute pair of socks that I own. Highly recommend!

Ordered the Ice blast, and they exceed my expectations. Ridiculously comfortable!! Will definitely be going back for more.
