Our order was canceled because courier couldn't find our address. You send you called me but I had no calls. Very disappointed with service. Will probably go with someone else. Not happy with service at all

Need to change the opt-out system
Honestly, we love HF when we WANT it. What we are sick of is having to cancel every week when we don't want it. Would much rather an opt in system each week. I have had too many boxes I didn't want or couldnt afford, so we are cancelling our membership. I raised this with a HF member of staff on Messenger who didn't seem to care.

Organized and tasty
I love that the meals are in bags so I don’t have to sort them out. They taste delicious and I enjoy trying foods I wouldn’t normally cook myself

Its great everything you need is in a numbered bag along with the recipe..I'd love for all prep to be done tho so to make it easier for myself and 14 year old to just pop together.. ie carrot's potatoes etc .. and just to make sure when it comes with yogurt it's there and double cheeking recipes are there in the box as well .. other than that I love it so does my child delish meals

Good value and excellent quality of food. We are trying out a new recipe every night which is surprisingly easy and every meal so far has been delicious. Takes the hassle out of thinking about what to cook for tea and just making the same things each week. Totally recommend HelloFresh.

Very happy with the product selection
Very happy with the product selection, quality of items received, convenience of packaging and the customer service outcomes. This has been the best product option out of the food bag delivery companies I have tried and I would recommend them to others.

It would be better to have a South Island depot. The delivery cost is going to get higher & I won't be able to afford it.

Easy & Convenient
It is convenient and it helps you have a dinner plan.
It has some tasty menu's, however, some are very similar, andI find it hard sometimes to choose.
