J'ai passé u e commande. Reçu le 12/12/2022 un email m'informant de mon expédition et à ce jour rien. Que dois je en penser ? Escroquerie ? ?

Leider kann ich das so nicht stehen lassen !Die Sendung zurück zu schicken würden mir über 50euro kosten ! Wobei ich nicht einmal die Möglichkeit habe dies zu tun da China momentan komplett gesperrt ist!
Die Rechnung ändert sich auch nicht obwohl ich Sie schon xmal darauf hingewiesen habe dass die Bestellung nicht komplett war !
Ich glaube das dies eine reine Abzocke von ihrer Seite ist und wenn man etwas erreichen möchte wird man einfach ignoriert 😡

Komplett andere Farbe des Schuhmodells erhalten als bestellt, schaut auch furchtbar aus im Vergleich zum angebotenen Bild, billigste Verarbeitung. Bin enttäuscht!

Mi paquete llegó a Madrid hace 2 semanas y nadie me dice qué pasa con él. 4 veces he hablado con el servicio al cliente y siempre me dicen lo mismo, que espere. Y es que encima he pagado 600 euros por ello. Lo próximo que voy a hacer es avisar a la policía porque esto es claramente un fraude. Jamás confiéis en esta compañía.

My package arrived my home town 2 weeks ago and nobody can tell me what's going on. 4 times I contacted the customer's service and they always gave me the same solution... wait. And I spent 600 euros in it. Next step is calling the police for committing fraud. Do yourself a favour and never trust this company.

Sehr schlechtes Service, vier Blusen bestellt, drei bekommen und eine Bluse war komplett falsch.. nie wieder und nicht empfehlenswert, da man die Ware nicht retournieren kann.

Habe nur ein Teil der Lieferung erhalten letzte Woche,am Mittwoch den 14.12.22, habe aber auch noch eine E-Mail geschrieben am 20.12.22 , und habe leider noch keine Antwort erhalten, sorry werde dann aber auch nix mehr bestellen, bin ziemlich enttäuscht, LG Marina

Warte schon seit 1 Monat auf meine Jacke. Alle Versuche diese Firma zu Kontaktieren sind fehlgeschlagen. Die App kann man auch nicht nutzen Leider kann ich bei Paypal keinen Fall eröffnen da ich die Option später bezahlen gewählt habe .Habe die Zahlung aber doch zeitigen ausgelöst da ich dachte es liegt daran das ich meine Jacke nicht bekomme.

I ordered a pair of shoes 6 weeks ago and have not received them they advised me when I enquired first to wait a bit longer that was 2weeks ago and now they are ignoring me.I spent £20 on them and now seem to have lost the money I advise anybody not to use this company because their customer service is rubbish

My phone order was supposed to arrive on 9th to 12th of December. It's now the 21st and it's still not here. i wrote tho customer support and they've been ignoring me (even though they answered me instantly when I had a question before buying.) Don't make the mistake of buying here, like I did.

Update: My order number is 817051669896852. The support Just told me it's in transit, but the tracking shows that it flew out of Belgium a week ago and I don't live that far. It should be here by now, given the estimated anyway.

I would change my Review if this were resolved properly, but simply telling me to wait in definitely whe. You're almost 2 weeks past the arrival date is not ok.

Habe einige Emails geschrieben. Keinerlei Reaktion. Das Geld wurde von klarna eingezogen für etwas ,was ich nicht erhalten habe,denn die Ware wurde nicht geliefert. Best.ID822761668861962
Ich bin mittlerweile stinksauer und meine Geduld ist am Ende ,da ich für etwas bezahlt habe ,was ich nicht bekommen habe. Da auf meine Forderung mein Geld zurück zubekommen keine Reaktion erfolgte ,müssen wohl andere Mittel und Wege eingeleitet werden .

Nach der 3. Aufforderung, 2 Bestellungen zu stornieren, die dieser Laden offensichtlich nicht liefern kann (22.11.22 und 25.11.22, Bestellungen immer noch "in Bearbeitung"), bekomme ich stets die Antwort: "Tut uns ja sooo leid, gedulden Sie sich bitte noch..." Scheint eine neue Betrugsmasche aus Zypern zu sein.

for me it was the worst experience, I bought 3 products from their company in November, we are at the end of December and the products have not arrived

Pues nada un pedido hecho el 29/11 y aqui sigo esperando que me lo envien, eso si me lo cobran el primer dia, señores si no tienen stock porque en su pagina pone que hay existencias y me deja hacer el pedido?, esto me parece una ESTAFA, mi pedido es 827241669745083, señores el dia 14 de noviembre me dieron su palabra que de en un plazo de dos a cinco dias LABORALES me lo enviarian, sigo esperando, no cumplen con lo que dicen, no se lo recomiendo a nadie,lamentable de verdad

Ordered 3 items all were delayed so much I cancelled 2, the third item arrived! Certainly not as seen in the image and the quality was awful. They would only refund me half the item went straight to a charity shop. The customer service person was helpful cancelling my other items which was lucky as there is no returns option if you’ve bought items to try on

Selbst der eine Stern ist zu viel, aber ohne ihn kann man die Bewertung nicht abgeben. Vor 4!!!! Wochen bestellt, nichts bekommen. Auf mehrfache Nachfrage keine Antwort. Gott sei Dank nicht im voraus bezahlt. Also,Finger weg.....1 Mal und NIE wieder.
