Pas solide, mauvais , usure , mal confectionné , service après vente deplorable

Ich habe Anfang November 2022, 2 Winterpullis bestellt und bis heute ist noch keine Ware erhalten. Bekomme aber ständig die Rechnung über KLARNA zugestellt. Zu empfehlen seid ihr wirklich nicht. Werde wohl einen Anwalt zuschalten müssen, denn ich habe nicht vor für Ware die ich nie erhalten habe auch nur einen Ceent zu zahlen

Nie wieder, 4 Kleider im November 2022 bestellt zur Auswahl, hat erst 1 Monat gedauert bis es kam. Material sehr schlecht, Nahtfehler, passt nicht. Das schlimmste ist, habs versucht das zurück zu senden, 17 eur Gebühr bezahlt wegen Rücksendung Chinaadresse. Mahnungen bekommen, nach langem hin und her 70 eur trotzdem bezahlt, das allerbeste, das Paket kam nach 3 Monaten zurück bei nicht gefundener Adresse. Nur noch verasche, nie wieder 😤

Ordered a pair of shoes that were both broken after 3 weeks. The company told me that they "seemed to be used" by me, and that they couldn't be better for that price...offered me 30% back and when I said no, they offered me 50%.

BUYER BEWARE! If you plan to buy an expensive electronic from this site just beaware if it breaksdown then consider it broken for good and a crap experience trying to get it fixed. The tablet worked for 4mths and has now been broken for 8mths... Purchased a tablet for around $250 and after 4months use the screen backlight stop working. They said they would send a replacement screen instead and if I got it installed they would refund part of the cost. This was because sending it back and forth would be costly for me and it is just a easy screen replacement they said. The installer i found said it doesnt look like its a screen issue but most likely a motherboard issue but installed it anyways as thats what Hekka said to do. They forgot to send the right cable so had to wait a few more weeks. After that the screen still didnt work and after a bit of back and forth they then said it needs a software update for the screen to work. Did software update and still broken and they ghosting me now after 3 repeated emails for an update. $250 down the drain after 4months use and waiting 8months to get resolved. They still have refunded any of the repair money so more than $250!

Mi primera experiencia al comprar una máquina mod F20 de Proscenic mi sorpresa es que recibo otro modelo diferente una máquina nos UltenicAC1 que no funciona me he puesto en contacto con ustedes se os han enviado fotos y vídeos de la situación de la máquina el servicio de Ultenic me contesta pidiendo el num de pedido pero no corresponde por error de envío de ustedes de Hakka por realizar un pedido de un modelo pero el envío es de otra naquina diferente estoy muy enfadada y molesta porque ustedes no contestan a los correos que se les ha enviado y por otra parte el servicio de Ultenic si ha contestado pero al no corresponder el num de pedido con la máquina recibida el servicio de Ultenic quiere saber el num de pedido y yo al explicar la situación sigo esperando una solución por parte de Hakka por favor os he enviado un correo y no habéis ni contestado he intentado la devolución y tampoco ha sido Posibke he realizado un pago por un importe superior del precio de la máquina que habéis enviado y sigo sin respuesta por favor necesito una solución al respecto.

Compre una impresora 3d, tardaron monton en enviarla, al poco tiempo se rompió y me enviaron las piezas rotas para repararla yo mismo, y se volvio a romper así hasta 3 veces, les digo que quiero devolucion del dinero o reemplazarla por otra y me dicen que se rompió mientras la usaba así que es mi problema, no vuelvo a comprar ahí ni de broma

Ordered some items as Christmas presents and although I followed the measuring instructions carefully unfortunately, some of the items were incorrect, too big, wrong colour, not as ordered etc.
Tried to return them and was offered a part refund to keep the incorrect items, why would I want to keep something that is no good to me?.
I refused and was told to return them to the company in China.
That was in January 2023. It is now June and I have had an email from the courier today saying my goods are being retuned to me having been rejected when they arrived in China. To add insult to injury I also have to pay extra carriage fees.
Be warned people do NOT use this company.
I have lost money and, I guess, will need to put this down to experience.

Seit November warte ich auf Nachricht, was mit der Falschlieferung passieren soll. Es kümmert sich niemand. Statt dessen bekommt man Mahnungen usw…
So kann man die Leute ausnehmen.
Kann nur dringend von dieser Seite abraten. Den Fehler macht man nur einmal

J'ai reçu ma commande comme attendu, aucun problème à ce niveau là. Un conseil simplement si vous devez ou voulez être livrés rapidement, évitez ce site. Le siège social de cette entreprise est à Singapour, et les livraisons sont acheminées depuis la Chine. Comptez au minimum 2 semaines pour la livraison, et de préférence, évitez de commander ici si vous avez beaucoup d'éléments, une erreur de livraison peut trop vite arriver, de ce que je peut lire d'autres commentaires.

Commandé un cuiseur à riz, reçu une plaque de cuisson… Malgré une multitude de mails au service clients… pas de remboursement, et le service clients déplore que le retour du produit soit impossible…

Ich hatte 7 hemden bestellt und nur 4 wurden geliefert. Die Qualität ist der letzte Dreck ich bin extrem enttäuscht. Nun das sollte alles noch vor Weihnachten angekommen sein, war erst im Januar. Ich habe alles an die EU Adresse nach zypern geschickt. Ich soll alles bezahlen, obwohl ich die schlechte Ware zurück geschickt habe oder gar nicht erst erhalten habe. Meinen Anwalt habe ich bereits eingeschaltet ...für solche Ware würde ich noch nicht einmal 50 Cent ausgeben. Ihr seit richtig schlecht....das ihr klarna noch nicht einmal bescheid gibt, das ich die drei hemden nicht erhalten habe. Ihrhabt noch nicht einmal einen Stern verdient!
