Disappointed on heats up time
It cannot be heats up in 15-25 min as mentioned in your web. Even I heats my meal upto 30 mins, I feel some of food still be cold.

Die HeatsBox ist einfach Klasse
Die HeatsBox ist einfach Klasse ! In meinem Beruf ist unregelmäßiges Essen an der Tagesordnung. Durch die Box kann ich das gut ausgleichen. Das Essen wird schön gleichmäßig warm und wenn man möchte auch heiß. Die HeatsBox hab ich immer dabei und möchte sie auch nicht mehr missen. Die Steuerung über die App funktioniert sehr gut 👍🏻! Als Verbesserung für die nächste Generation wäre ein etwas größerer Akku und ein wenig mehr Leistung von Vorteil . Aber das wirklich nur am Rande ! Klasse Produkt ! Klare Empfehlung !

Super…
Das ist nun meine 3 Wärmebox und auch die letzte. Endlich hab ich gefunden was ich vergebens bei den Vorgängern gesucht habe. Die HeatsBox wärmt ohne zu verbrennen, ist über die App steuerbar und die Einlegebehälter mit Deckel sind super transportierbar und zum Einfrieren geeignet. Einfach super!!!

La Heatsbox est esthetique et pratique
La Heatsbox est esthetique et pratique, les materiaux semblent de bonne qualite, la gamelle se lave facilement.
Cependant elle chauffe tres lentement, en emettant un bruit desagreable et distrayant quand on travaille a cote.
La nourriture est a peine tiede une fois le temps de chauffage ecoule (un voyant vert s'allume).
Il faut recharger la box apres chaque utilisation et elle met des heures a charger avec le petit cable qui permet uniquement un branchement sur port d'ordinateur, ce serait bien d'avoir un cable secteur.
On trouve de meilleures performances avec des boxes 6 fois moins cheres, peut-être moins durables et qui n'ont pas d'app associees mais ceci est un raffinement inutile, je prefererais manger chaud.

Leider ist die Box defekt. Sie hat einmal aufgeladen und lädt seitdem nur noch 30% auf. Support wurde kontaktiert und bislang keine Reaktion. Stelle ich mir anders vor.

It is good, but it can do better.
I really love the Heatsbox. The food tastes much better than from the microwave. But there are Some Things to improve.
Charging takes a long time. Of you use the heatsbox three times a day, you can barely make it to recharge it. Cable charging is not possible with the Go. You have to buy a second one for that and they are not cheap. Your food will not be heat enough if it was still
frozen when you started.
The app is not really solid. Sometimes the settings change during heating and the food is not kept warm as long as the app says. The alert “your food is ready” is not correct. Mostly it is still heating. So don’t understand me wrong. I really love the heatsbox, I use it multiple times a day, but it can do better.

Underdeveloped.
It is an ingenious product, but underdeveloped.
I bought it, I'm testing it. It is possible to heat food, but even a portion of half the volume marked in the bowl when the ‘large portion’ function is selected will not heat. I select the maximum and that's it.
If the battery is 40+ per cent but below 50, when I turn on heating the food, it shuts itself off in a moment. Generally charge to max and then heat. Otherwise it dies, because 45% battery is death for this product.
I will probably file a complaint. I will write you how I was treated.
They must know this issue - they probably all work like this. Below some charging level energy consumption causes stop of battery discharge.
