Great products, and even greater service. Bought one as Christmas present, but the lid was damaged during transport. Customer service provided an amazing service in getting it replaced.

The bento box itself works amazingly well.

Am Anfang war ich sehr zufrieden leider hat sich das etwas gelegt...Der Versand klappt toll alles gut auch der Kundenservice ist sehr gut... angegeben wird das man nach zweimal wärmen es wieder aufladen sollte... bei mit hat es heute wieder nicht funktioniert um 9.00 Timer auf 12.00 eingestellt und obwohl noch zwei Punkte im Display anzeigen war der Akku leer am Mittag und mein Essen wieder kalt... leider nicht zum ersten mal...hatte schon öfter Verbindungsprobleme und öfter kaltes Essen am Mjttag...dafür hätte ich nicht das Model Go nehmen müssen hätte das mit Kabel auch gereicht... mit der Akku Leistung bin ich mehr als unzufrieden... das Gerät selbst und die Idee ist toll aber das Model Go würde ich nicht nochmal nehmen...Also die Intelligenteste Box der Welt wie beschrieben ist es sicher nicht...schade... das nächste mal würde ich die Box mit Kabel kaufen... Der Aufpreis für die Box Go ist es nicht wert...

Poor product!! Can only warm one meal off a full charge and takes absolutely ages to recharge. Only used mine a few times and the battery is struggling.

Sehr unkompliziert bei einem Problem gehandelt.

Das Paket ist schell bei mir gewesen. Leider funkzoniert es nicht da es nicht die Batterie lädt. Da war ich beim Shop am Samstag zum umtauschen leider war der nicht offen und Öffnungszeiten sind nicht vorhanden. Jetzt habe ich im Chat geschrieben was ich machen soll, Noch keine Antwort. Jetzt Schiken sie mir noch wie ich zufrieden war! Na klar was Denkt ihr.

Ho letto la vs risposta OK il corriere ha consegnato pochi minuti dopo che ho scritto la recensione ma ugualmente i tempi sono lunghissimi e non rispettate i tempi di consegna che dichiarate sul Vs sito.

I think the heatsboxgo is a great product so decided to buy one for a christmas present only to discover my son already has a similar product. Tried to contact customer services to return item as still within the 30 day period. When the team got back to me they were more than happy to refund me in full even though the returns policy is actually only 14 days rather than the usual 30 day policy in the UK. Thanks so much.

It’s great, a good idea, but battery life is poor really, not as advertised, as others have said long charging times.
If only you could heat two decent meals as you claim, it would be perfect, you can just about do one and it turns itself off due to low battery, so you have to restart it.

Such a shame. Great build quality but just doesn’t works as advertised, food does not heat up as suggested. Tried reaching out to customers services as the instructions are not clear maybe I was using wrong setting but it’s been over a week now. I bought two I shall be sending under one back.

Wir hatten bis jetzt vier Boxen und alle sind defekt. Die ersten gingen für ein paar Mahlzeiten und dann nach dem Erwärmen nicht mehr an. Auch mit dem Ladekabel konnte man sie nicht reanimiren. Von den danach ausgetauschten Boxen ging eine 1 mal und die andere kam schon defekt an. Somit eine Ausfallrate von 100% Hut ab bei dem Preis.

Ich bin absolut enttäuscht!

This is my favourite gadget ever!

It means proper meal prep and lovely hot food when you want it. A great way to use leftover meals.

Hot lunches in the office every day are a dream.
I sometimes medium cook salmon in it from raw which works well at 55 degrees for an hour.

I always wrap in clingfilm when traveling as it can leak although it is rare if stored sideways in my bag.

App is a bit buggy and sealing it incorrectly will cause leakage but otherwise fantastic.

For a full thick meal it needs 45-60 mins to properly heat up, not an issue for me as you can schedule in the app.

Nach 4x in gebrauch bereits defekt, kann nicht mehr geladen werden.
Kundensupport schon 2x per Mail kontaktiert, leider keine Reaktion auf die Mails.
Verstehe etwas anderes unter Kundenfreundlichkeit!
