Sehr gut. Alles schnell und total unkompliziert. Alle nett, schnelle kommunikation.
Ach ja, und das erwärmte essen, super lecker. Gut temperiert, ganz wie man es möchte und programmiert.
Diese Box ist sehr empfehlenswert!!!!

I ordered my heatbox nearly two weeks ago and still haven’t received it! The address was accidentally entered as my old address. Instead of being able to change this simply, I have had to endure chasing up the delivery company (Evri) on a daily basis. I had to change the delivery to a post office nearly 30 miles from where I live! And to make things worse, I went to said post office with my ID only to be told they can’t give me my package as my name is not on the label and I don’t have identification for my old address. I’m still waiting

Well designed, smartly packaged, works very well. Only downside is the battery life. It has enough power to heat one meal from room temperature and that's it. I was expecting to get two uses out of it per charge.

Alles hat einwandfrei geklappt! Die Bestellung war einfach, die Lieferung erfolgte umgehend und das Produkt ist super! Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können die HeatsBox sehr empfehlen. Es ist ein qualitativ hochstehendes Produkt und funktioniert top.

Outdoor ohne Stromanschluss: Auch da kann das Essen warm gemacht werden

War zufrieden und das essen war schön warm wo ich Mittag gemacht habe…!!!
Aber man kann es nicht um 7 Uhr aktivieren das man um 12 Uhr essen will, wenn man das macht ist die Batterie schon recht ausgelastet und am Abend muss man die Heatsbox wieder Laden. Das könne man verbessern oder mit der App gerade eine Woche Programmieren wie man am besten Mittag machen will

Ich haben die Heat Box Go bestellt und leider Funktionierte sie nicht. Ich bekam umgehend eine retour Adresse das ich die Box Gratis retour schicken konnte. Nach ein paar Tagen erhielten wir Ersatz der nun Funktioniert.
Sehr guter Service. Kann ja immer passieren dass mal was nicht Funktioniert. Umso schöner wenn man dann auch Kompetent behandelt wird.

Tolles Produkt. Ich koche drei Portionen, friere 2 ein und geniesse sie später aus der Heatsbox. Damit habe ich ein gutes und preiswertes Essen. Danke für eure mega Erfindung:).

Mit HeastsBox bin ich zufrieden, mit Lieferung nicht, weil normalerweise bei der Lieferung steht eine schnellladegerät bei eine Bestellung von 22.5. bis 05.06 inkl. aber habe nichts bekommen, deswegen kann ich keine 5 Sterne geben

die Verbindung mit App funktioniert nicht. Mein Sohn möchte die Box retour schicken und Geld zurück.

The appliance works quite well, as stated by the producer.
However, I've found some problems, in particular as follows:
- the divider is not firm, once inserted in place, and as a result different food mixing is very likely to occur
- I could not find in the app the timer function, which would very useful to me (the app is updated to the more recent release)

Tasche passt genau für die HeatboxGo und einen Behälter, nur die Reißverschlüsse sind etwas hackelig und nicht hochwertig.

Habe zweimal die Box zurückgesendet da defekt.
Wurden beide male anstandslos getauscht.

Hoffe mit der Dritten habe ich eine längere Beziehung
weil die Box super funktioniert.

Bin sowohl mit dem Produkt als auch mit dem Kundenservice sehr zufrieden. Ich hatte ein Problem mit einem Zubehör - das wurde rasch, nett und erfolgreich gelöst. Gerne wieder.

I am very satisfied with the functionality and workmanship of the Heatsbox. It heats food evenly and the construction feels sturdy and durable. However, I would appreciate a bit more volume for the food compartment; 1.5 liters would be ideal to accommodate larger portions.

One point of criticism is the carrying bag, which has a very strong plastic smell. This was quite off-putting and I would have preferred a more pleasant or neutral scent. Despite this, the product overall is excellent and performs exactly as promised.
