Had a question about shipping and they answered it in a timely fashion. The product I ordered is exactly what I received.

I received my purchase very quickly and nothing was damaged in the mail.

Everything about my purchase was great except for one thing. I was notified that the item was backordered, which is okay. But I was not notified when the order was expected to be shipped or was actually shipped. This caused me to contact the company needlessly to find out the status.

Easy to place order. Good value. Fast delivery.

When I placed my order I was told that a confirmation E-mail was sent to me. It was not! When I tried to contact HD I was told all offices were closed, leave a name & number and They would call me within 2 days. No call! The same with E-mail. I figured you were out of business. You charged my credit card and after 3 wks I got worried and had VISA cancel this charge. I tried to call you every day at all times of day and got the same message [all offices are closed] I got my order after 6 wks. Ordered product in late April and contacted them by e-mail and telephone message in late May. Received the ordered batteries on June 3. In the "wait" time received no communication from the supplier informing me of the delay. They did deliver but I would never order from them again if I needed the batteries within a week to ten days.

My subscription order was filled on 4/15/24 but I did not receive the package until 6/3/24. FAR TOO SLOW! I will not be using your company again.

Service is excellent

Any problems the customer has is quickly sorted out. They contact you untill the problem is sorted, the customer appears and is very important, it's simple enough because without customers where would Hearing Direct International be.

I was very pleased with your company several years ago when I started ordering batteries from you. Then I noticed it became impossible to get the Hearing Direct brand, which seemed to last longer than the others. My most recent order from 4/11/24 arrived on 6/1/24 via
"standard international 2-3 week shipping". Though you probably have no influence concerning shipping,
this situation is no longer working. Also, I left two phone messages and two emails asking where my order is, and received no replies. What would you do as a customer?

Great customer service and the items purchase arrived on time and as described. Perfect this is the fourth time I have ordered From hearing direct.

After waiting over month and not getting my order, I asked for my money back, you did promptly refunded my money but I really needed the part, if you can’t get the part don’t advertise that you have it in stock
