Good to use after TPLO surgery
It's not cheap, but it does seem to be well made. Bought it after our dog had TPLO surgery and thought it might help with the healing process which I think it did. The wife is using it for her arthritis now so we'll see how that goes

Briefs and swimming trunks are too short in length to wear with my colostomy bag in the pocket designed for it. This defeats the purpose of the products.

The product never arrived
The product never arrived, and I've been told they have to wait for Royal Mail to return the package. If the package isn't returned, there's nothing they can do. No product, no refund.

Upon review of your order and returns request, I can confirm that you emailed us on April 22nd stating the the item ordered was too big, and would not fit in your shoe.
We then proceeded to send you a returns authorisation email, and refunded your order in full as soon as we received it back at our warehouse.
Furthermore, kindly note that size discrepancy, such as the item being too large to fit inside your shoe, does not constitute a manufacturing defect and as such does not render the item as "not fit for purpose."

Regarding your request for a refund, we must adhere to our return policy for the LimbO Half Leg Waterproof Cast and Dressing Protector. For hygiene and safety reasons, this item can only be returned if it is unused, unopened, and remains in its original packaging with all seals, tags, and labels intact.
Because these conditions were not met, we were unfortunately unable to accept the return. We maintain these strict standards to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
