Card payment issue
Payment by card has stalled on card information review once I confirmed it. It never went through, but PayPal payment was successful. Technical support helped me check that there was no double order/payment although with a few days delay. Package received in time with detailed tracking once it has started being shipped. Product received in great condition and overall satisfaction was great mainly due to the technical support help.

Logistical problems
I gave you my address but the parcel has not arrived yet. Surprisingly, DPD could not find me. It has been in a DPD depot for a week. Big chaos.

Odpowiedź od Hardloop
Hello Martin,
We are sorry for the delivery delay caused by DPD and understand your frustration.
However, we are surprised by your 1-star review. Your order was prepared and shipped within the announced timeframe, and the issue occurred during the carrier's delivery process, which was unfortunately beyond Hardloop's control. According to our information, you have since received your parcel.
We will, of course, report this incident to DPD to help prevent similar situations in the future.
If you feel that our handling of your order deserves it, we would greatly appreciate it if you could reconsider your rating.
Kind regards,
Théo – HardGuide
