Please avoid

Please avoid. I ordered something with ten days to spare for a trip. Nothing arrived, then they sent it back to hardloop without ever delivering it. Now the company has my money and hasn’t refunded it as of two weeks later. Total waste of time, use a UK site that can deliver.

I am still waiting for this item

I am still waiting for this item, I have had emails in double figures now, telling me its out for delivery then 2hrs later one telling me there's been an error their end but its being sorted- then another telling me its out for delivery, then the error email again, then im told its on its way again, then another telling me there's been an error - and so it continues. This was a birthday gift which is now late and looks like its not coming so will have to try and cancel it.

Not got the item

Not got the item. Had all the emails saying it was dispatched then one saying they couldn’t deliver it and it was being returned to sender?? Tried messaging but had no response till I opened a dispute with PayPal for a refund.

Terrible company

Terrible company. they take your money, give shipping dates that they cant fulfill as they dont have the items in stock, but do not tell you that at time of ordering. they refund that part of the order. Then send the rest and Chronopost dont deliver it. Then they repeatedly tell you that they won't refund you until Chronopost declare it lost. I am still waiting for a refund for a parcel sent by Hardloop nearly a month ago that I have NEVER received.... STAY AWAY. terrible service

Very poor

Very poor. They lost parcel. When I enquired they didn’t respond for a week. Asked for shipping costs back out of curtesy for their lack of communication and parcel going missing. They refused. Very poor speed and service

No delivery. No refund.

Paid for delivery. No delivery arrived. The delivery was rescheduled every day for a week and then returned to sender out of the blue with zero communication despite my attempts to contact them. So far no refund. When they did finally reply it was just platitudes, no explanation. So I am without the product I ordered and currently £100 worse off than when I started.

We have immediately opened an official investigation with DPD UK and requested that the parcel be returned to our sender warehouse. This is a temporary and isolated issue with DPD UK, and we completely understand why this daily rescheduling with zero communication was unacceptable.

Hardloop sent me this invite to comment on their service.

This is the second order I have placed with Hardloop and the second time their logistics partner, Chronopost.fr has failed to route the package inside the UK. Twice the logistics carrier has returned the goods to HardLoop as their logistics organisation could not deliver into the UK using DPD. Not a DPD issue.

No customer contact point into Hardloop apart from a feedback form that they do not respond to.

So, another long wait for them to again realise their logistics partner is a complete failure.

On the first order failure Hardloop eventually recognised their issue and re-sent goods without taking any actions to stop it happening again….which it has.

Hardloop need to develop customer service, and a comms channel that allows actual communication and to learn from experience that their international logistics partnership is not working.
