I am truly sorry for this situation. As mentioned, Chronopost is unfortunately no longer able to locate your package. I have therefore immediately opened an investigation with the carrier to understand what happened and locate your shipment.

Incompetent Customer Service
Horrendous customer service and experience. Order was delayed with no update. When I initiated finding out what happened they offered a refund as the item was not in the warehouse and wouldn't be for 6 days. I accepted the refund within one hour, and the next day, over 24 hours later, they had sent out the product, in complete contrast to what has been said, and completely ignoring my written request for the refund. Do not use this website.
Update: the ongoing communications to get this refund is appalling, with people failing to take accountability for their actions. The parcel should not have been sent in the first place so your response Guillaume is nothing short a joke.

Shoes took weeks to arrive
Shoes took weeks to arrive. If I had needed them for an upcoming event it would have been too late. Luckily my trek in NZ is a month away. Definitely wouldn’t order again from website, sorry.

Shoes as described, great price, good they still had stock as they were a discontinued line from timberland.
Delivery was okay, was given an estimated delivery date, however the item didn’t dispatch until the estimate had passed, however, after dispatch the shoes arrived within 3 days.
Relatively pleased with the experience and will definitely purchase from hardloop again.

Delivery took over 2 weeks!
I purchased a raincoat on the 29th April and it was expected to be delivered between 02/05/2026 and 04/05/2026, which would have been in time for my wife’s birthday. I have just received this today 16/05/2026
The coat itself is great and that part I’m happy with, but to take over two weeks from ordering to delivery is just poor.
