Poor experience

Poor experience, never again!
Waited two weeks with parcel on its way only to be informed that it’s been returned and refund pending with no explanation.
Don’t bother go elsewhere.

Complete waste of time and money

Awful company

Awful company. Package never arrived after a month of waiting. Advised it’s been returned to the warehouse but they refuse to refund money until they’ve received the package back, despite this been entirely Hardloop’s issue and the package never left the continent. Just a terrible company that I’ll never deal with again. Criminals.

Update: Despite the reply below, I have still not received any refund!

I still haven't received my item I am…

I still haven't received my item I am still waiting I haven't heard anything yet. The item just says out for the delivery then the day will change . And it will say the same again with a different date. I ordered the item on the 9th of June.

The item has still not arrived

The item has still not arrived. It was a present for my son’s birthday so this is very disappointing. The postal company used has-been difficult to communicate with and it has not felt possible to understand what has happened to the delivery. I have also not had a response from Hardloop. All in all, it has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I was sent the wrong size

I was sent the wrong size,
At least, getting in touch and receiving the shipping label to return was easy,
but they did not refund everything; had to chase to get it paid back in full. Can confirm they paid it now.
I will not buy from Hardloop again anytime soon

Slow and Important Charges Applied after shipping

Waiting well over double the shipping estimate time, and still haven't received my goods. Also price stated that it includes shipping and taxes, but I’ve had to pay an import charge of nearly £50, making the product way more expensive than other retailers. I’m sure this is breaking consumer laws about false pricing

Shipping was a nightmare

Shipping was a nightmare. Long delay. Incorrect or absent forms sent by hardloop for it to clear customs. Shame as use several outdoor clothing company’s based in Europe shipping to uk and never had this problem. Doubt I will use this company again due to such a poor experience.
