First time using Harbor and I can honestly say it has been a great experience. Jason and his team have been fantastic, they have taken all the stress out of the whole process.
We had four viewings and sold within a few days. My neighbors couldn't believe it when they saw the sold sign up so quick.
Would definitely recommend these guys they are second to none.

Kevin really went above and beyond when selling my house especially in terms of the amount of his time he provided to make sure everything was prepared as much as possible for photos and viewings. He made himself available at all times of the day and night and made sure I was updated at all times. He was very confident which made me feel confidentent that my house was in safe hands. My property sold within days which was amazing. Thank you Kevin and team for making this an exciting and stress free experience

Recently I was looking for assistance selling my property. Hadn t been involved in house purchases or sales for over 27 years so asked CHATGPT for help.
My criteria was provide a local Estate agent who has great reviews, trustworthy and reasonably priced.

Harbor Properties was their suggestion.

From the moment I contacted them Jason was really a lovely, dedicated and actually quite passionate about the work he does.

I was comfortable and happy to choose them to carry out all the work necessary to sell my house.

The videographer was sensational and the marketing package was quite special !!

Kevin was the representative who took charge of the viewings and again after just a few viewings we felt like friends.

I’m happy to say just after 13 days my house was sold and I couldn t be more happy or actually proud of Jason for being so approachable and dedicated . .

There is definitely no sales jargon or the typical ‘estate agent chat’ but these guys show a passion and a hunger to do their very best for you - not only that they are super friendly and very very approachable.

Any questions (and I have many !) they were patient and concise with information.

I’m so glad I asked CHATGBT for help and that they suggested Harbor Properties - I would 100 % recommend Jason and his team without question.

At a time when you have lots to attend to and deal with as you re moving house these guys just take care of everything - including your emotions !!!

An often stressful experience made so much easier with the help of Harbor. From the initial visit, through the survey/valuation, on to the arrangement of viewings, and finally throughout the sale process, the staff at Harbor were absolutely faultless. Kevin and his team work so hard. They sold our property in under 3 weeks. I would not hesitate to recommend harbor estate agency. The communication was first class. We were kept informed at every step with daily contact from Kevin on viewings and loads of feedback. We never needed to call them as Kevin always called us and provided updates. Selling your home can be stressful and anxious but with harbor it was so smooth they are an extremely professional company and definately know what they are doing.
