Outstanding Service from Richard and Jigsaw Estates

I cannot recommend Richard and Jigsaw Estates highly enough.

From start to finish, Richard has been exceptional. His communication has been excellent throughout the whole process — always keeping me updated, chasing where needed, explaining what was happening and making sure I never felt out of the loop.

Selling a house can be stressful, especially when there are a number of moving parts in the chain, but Richard remained professional, calm, proactive and incredibly supportive throughout. He was always easy to contact, responded quickly, and clearly genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line.

What really stood out was the personal service. At no point did I feel like just another client. Richard was approachable, honest, reliable and went above and beyond to help keep everything progressing.

We have now successfully exchanged, with completion agreed, and I’m extremely grateful for everything Richard has done to get us to this point.

We used jigsaw some years ago to sell our house and were so impressed that we were always going to use them when our parents needed to sell their home.

Richard managed to secure the right buyer, for our parents’ home, within 2 weeks. He kept us well informed all the way through the process and was so professional and approachable.

Richard was invaluable to us as we neared exchange, our solicitors were dragging their heals so much that we almost lost us our buyer. Richard stepped in and rattled cages to prompt urgent action from our solicitor to get exchange and completion over the line.

My son is now selling his house and of course jigsaw were instructed and secured a buyer within 3 days!

From the initial viewing, the many phone and email exchanges, to the happy news received this morning, David and Rebekah in the Camberley office couldn't have been more helpful. I cannot recommend Jigsaw enough! Having been involved, one way or the other in the buying/selling of five properties in the last year, Jigsaw stand head & shoulders above the rest.

You don't get passed on to a "move manager" like other agents & he keeps you informed every step of the way.
