Kevin and his team were faultless and the level of communication through every step of what we thought would have been a stressful process was above and beyond. We would highly recommend Harbor to anyone that is thinking about selling their house. Also the way that the marketing was done stood out over all the other properties in the area that were for sale. Kevin’s knowledge and reassurance throughout the process was amazing ,
including putting us in touch with solicitors and offering a mortgage broker (although we had our own) . It really is a one stop shop for selling your home with every need that could possibly be met , exceeding all our expectations. Kevin made us feel so at ease from the first time we met him and kept his word throughout. If I could give him a 10 star rating I would !!!!!

We cannot thank Jason from Harbour Property enough for selling our property. We had originally put our property on the market with a well known estate agents to no avail. Within less than a week of advertising with Harbour Property our property sold.This to us was the knowledge and experience of Jason carrying out his due diligence of our property, location and also the advantages of future investment for the buyer. Jason has sold numerous properties for my friends and family. Personally, this is the second time I’ve used him and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Jason and the team set up two whole days of viewings, I gave them a spare key and they dealt with everything. We sold our old house and bought our new home with Harbor back in September and couldn’t speak highly enough of the experience we had with Charlie and the team.
