warranty service

I got Happy Plugs Air 1 Plus not even a…
I got Happy Plugs Air 1 Plus not even a year ago and unfortunately they malfunctioned. Since it was still in the warranty period, I reached out to Happy Plugs' support. The response came very fast and Erika tried their best to help me. Despite all of their efforts, we couldn't fix them but I was offered a full refund.
Thank you Happy Plugs and Erika for the phenomenal customer service. I will get another pair very soon!
