Although they were a fairly recent…
Although they were a fairly recent purchase (in 2024), they started acting up. I reached out and Erika took my case. We tried a few troubleshooting things, but when that didn’t work she happily started work on replacing my set free of charge. She has been very helpful throughout this whole process.

I had the absolute best help and support from Erika. I have a trip coming up soon and wanted this for airplane entertainment and Erika went ABOVE and BEYOND with her help to make sure that I not only got the product I wanted (which was sold out in the US) and that it got here in time! Customer service and warranty
I had issues with my earphones and sent in an warranty. Erika in customer service has helped me a lot and went long ways to get them replaced with the model I wanted. I love their products and their customer support is fantastic. She really did everything to make me a happy costumer so shout out Erika. Will absolutely continue buying their products in the future.
