Very helpful over the phone couldn't do…

Very helpful over the phone couldn't do enough and explained everything as what would happen.the only down side is trying to get your delivery. I was told my parcel would be delivered at a time wen I was at work all day then went on to the website to change delivery but you can't they've put it out for tomorrow and I won't be around to accept it.i use to have it delivered by royal mail and if not in I cud go to the post office to collect it.very frustrated. I have now been told that I have to pay £20 to get my parcel redelivered after dpd doesn't give much notice for delivery.

As part of our duty of care, all prescribed medications must be delivered directly to an authorised person to ensure they don’t go missing or end up in the wrong hands. While we understand this can sometimes cause inconvenience, these safeguards are in place to protect both our customers and the wider public.

Regarding the £20 redelivery fee, in order for us to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, we do need to pass on the cost of return, reprocessing, and redelivery for the small number of orders affected. This helps us keep overall costs down for all of our customers while still maintaining the highest safety standards.

If you’d like to provide an alternative delivery address for future orders, please feel free to reach out at any time — we ensure all packaging is completely discreet for your convenience.

After many phone calls and discussions…

After many phone calls and discussions about how I could not be around for signed deliveries and reassurance that the delivery company would be changed, yet again we are in the same situation. This company say they listen but it’s clear that do not. So very frustrating and disappointing.
You have asked for me to make a comment, after many phone calls I was assured that you would use a different service and that my safe place would be used, this was written on my notes. Why are you now saying this is not possible?

When I called happened to speak to them…

When I called happened to speak to them about the product I wanted info about, the lady I spoke to was very educated about the product, which gave me the confidence to try it out. I found that they were very professional with a friendly manner. I still continue to use happen, I found the website easy to use and overall, I’m really happy to continue buying from them.

Excellent service and seamless process!!

Outstanding patient care

The customer service team at happen always goes above and beyond to help me, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with you the level of care and dedication they show. From the very first time I reached out Iv felt supported which is something you don’t get very often these days. Every interaction has been handled with with professionalism and kindness , my family and friends don’t know I’m using the pen and I wanted to keep it a secret , happen always makes sure the packaging is discrete and they use DPD who always ensure that only I get the parcel unless I instructed someone else even when I need to change my delivery address happen is always quick and makes sure everything gets done quickly so I don’t have to worry. One of the advisors I am found of is Ellie , every time I have the pleasure of speaking with her she brings such a positive energy that instantly makes the whole experience easier and more enjoyable. An asset to happen she is.

I’m also incredibly happy that I chose to go with happen company. They’ve made a real difference in my life and I can honestly say they have exceeded my expectations. I don’t generally leave reviews but they are well deserving of one.

Never again

First time tried to order in August - my order quietly god cancelled, no explanation, nothing, I had to call to find out what's happening.
Website is an absolute nightmare to navigate, half of the time doesn't even work properly.
Got my first order in September, couldn't complete the monthly check in (again, website wasn't working yet order couldn't be placed without it).
Once sorted I nearly choked when I've seen that my second order was double the price! I looked into it, literally noone sells it at this price, others are £100 cheaper. Tried to cancel, been told that order for approved (even though it hasn't been dispatched) and nothing can be done now.
I explained why I want to cancel the plan, been offered to switch to another product. Replied that I don't want to only to hear the full script of the benefits and savings if I chose to switch (ironically, still more expensive than others!).
Very disappointed, with so many pharmacies and suppliers - chose someone else.

To provide some context, in August, we experienced an unusually high number of new orders from customers attempting to purchase medication in bulk ahead of the expected price increase. As a result, we had to prioritise existing patients to ensure continuity of their treatment, and some new orders placed during that time were unfortunately cancelled.

By September, while prices across the market had increased significantly, Happen temporarily froze our prices to help make treatment more accessible. This led to a high volume of new sign-ups, all charged at the standard price before the increase.

For your first order, as with all new patients, you received an introductory discount. For your second order, you were charged the standard price, which is clearly displayed and explained at the time of your initial purchase to ensure full transparency. Our ongoing prices are reflective of current industry standards after introductory discounts have been applied, and we continuously review them to remain fair and competitive.

Once an order has been sent to the pharmacy for approval, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded. You do, however, have a 28-day window between orders to cancel or pause any upcoming treatments. Once prescription medication has been prescribed and dispensed, we’re unable to issue a refund for that order.

We also understand how frustrating the website and portal issues must have been. Please know that our team is always available to assist with any technical or account-related difficulties — you’re always welcome to call us directly, and one of our advisors will be happy to guide you through any steps or resolve issues on your behalf.

While we’re sorry to see you’ve chosen to cancel further orders, we genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our processes and overall patient experience.
