Ive only just started with Happen. I was having difficulty uploading the information they required.
I spoke to the telephone operator who was very kind and helpful. She made the process easier.

First class communication

I have had issues with other glp providers in the past especially with communication. My experience with Happen couldn't have been easier. The comfort of speaking to an actual human being rather than endless number choices is fantastic. Any questions I had were listened to and answered there and then. I actually had a choice of communication channels as opposed to just hearing a phone ring out.
They have my confidence.

I’m a previous customer…..

I’m a previous customer looking at rejoining, so many places to go but the grass is not always greener on the other side, found out the hard way, Natasha the agent that I was dealing with today was so professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient.
All the doubts that I had about rejoining, doses, prices, timelines etc Natasha answered confidently and really set my mind at ease. I will be rejoining and be a customer of Happen today still and continue the Weightloss journey. Thank you Happen and a special thanks to Natasha.

I have never had such a bad company to…

I have never had such a bad company to sell jags. I am disabled and wheelchair dependent I told them this but by god, photos were not suitable, done a phone call but I could not get a word on edge, then its past to a third party which were just as bad so after 2 days of there crap I told them just to send a refund. I am so angry 😠

Absolutely awful organisation and…

Absolutely awful organisation and automated systems that rescheduled a missed delivery and then automatically cancelled it 12 hours later and then returned to sender 3 days later!

12 days and counting to receive my ‘next day delivery’ parcel and it’s still not here.

Customer Service promised a no signature delivery and guess what - email from Royal Mail saying they need a signature.

Another missed delivery!!!

I heard about them from a friend of…

I heard about them from a friend of mine who lives in the UK. They were quite good at providing him the best market price and drug suited for his weight loss. I wish they shipped out of the UK.

Would not recommend this company

Would not recommend this company. Problems with delivery from DPD continually. Very inflexible. Offer no options to customers at all. Seem to forget that people work and can't sit at home waiting on delivery. . DPD tried to deliver last Saturday and did not try again. So one attempt. There is no other options available ie select different date or time or pick it up yourself. So now I am paying happen a £20 redelivery charge or they will keep the mountjaro despite me paying for it as was returned to them. Really poor and also very expensive. Moving to Asda.

As part of our duty of care, prescribed medication must be delivered directly to an authorised person. We know this can feel restrictive at times, but this safeguard is in place to prevent medication from going missing, being accessed by the wrong person, or posing a risk to safety.

Regarding the £20 redelivery fee — in order to keep medication prices as low as possible for all customers, we do have to pass on the cost of return, reprocessing and redelivery when parcels are sent back to us. This helps ensure ongoing costs don’t increase across the wider customer base.

We’re sorry this hasn’t been the outcome you hoped for and appreciate you sharing your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service. If you’d like to provide an alternative delivery address for future orders, feel free to reach out to us at any time — all packaging is completely discreet for your convenience.

I’m nearly to the end of my treatment

I’m nearly to the end of my treatment. I feel good, more energetic and flexible . My bladder pressure is normal now . I have not noticed any side effects.
