Excellent product for fine hair

Great hair growth products & tools
I have been using the Hairmax Laser Comb since March 2023 along with Hairmax Acceler8. After about 6 weeks I saw the beginning of hair growth. I am very pleased overall with my hair growth in the past 10 months. My hair is thicker, fuller, and in great condition. I use Accerler8 even when not using my comb. I would call it a lightweight serum for your scalp that is not greasy and doesn't weigh the hair down. I continue to use both and will do so into the future. I was skeptical at first, but it definitely worked on me.

Positive Results for a Women of Color
I am a women of color that used chemical straighteners on my hair from age 14 to 58. As a result, my hair became very thin and I lost 95% of my edges in my 20’s. I have long hair (down to the middle of my back), so for years I just wore my hair down to cover these areas as best I could. I had little hope of regrowing back the lost hair, but I really wanted to. I did some research and saw good things about HairMax. It concerned me that not being able to see the hairs on people of color meant the clinical trials may not show results. So I didn’t buy it. In April 2022, I bought the HairMax Pro 12 Laser Comb from QVC. The price and 6 month return policy made me buy it. I waited 3 months to try it. I had a question about it when I started, called the help desk and actually spoke with the gentleman that demos it on QVC. I then used it inconsistently (yes, inconsistently) for 3 weeks. I was surprised to see small dots around my forehead and temples. I didn’t know what they were. My husband said it was hair and he was right! That hair continued to grow healthy and as long as my other hairs. I continued being inconsistent with my treatments with no excuse. All the hair is not back yet but I finally realized that I could have more hair if I just use the product as directed. Color nor age (I am now 60) nor how long ago the hair loss happen were issues for me. I saw real results. I now wear my hair back, showing my edges. It’s a good feeling! I am so pleased with this product, I recently purchased the HaiMax Actonis 18 Dual Action Laser Comb just to upgrade my device. I gave the other to my husband. I plan to be consistent with my new device and look forward to growing in more hair.

I have a ReGrow cap
I have a ReGrow cap, but the battery stopped charging after two years. I would charge the battery, but when I used the cap, it would turn off after 10 minutes. I called in, and Josh the phone man answered. He was super friendly and found my info in the warranty and sent me a replacement battery with a waived fee. I had a very positive customer service experience, and if you have a battery problem, I would call in for help.
