I have been using the Kiierr laser cap since 2020. During this time I have more growth on the crown and temples of my head. My hairline has doubled in thickness. I use it every other day for 30 minutes according to the instructions. It is so easy to use. The product and service are impeccable.

Company is nice, purchase went smoothly. No issues with product. Never contacted customer support so I can’t comment there. I wish the hat worked better and provided the results that are shown on the website but that was not the case. However it did fortify the hair I already had and make strong and healthy severely cutting back on any shedding so I’ll accept it. Can’t say I’ve seen any “new” hair growth from this product after 8 months but I do like that it’s sustaining what I have already it seems.

It took over 2 weeks to get my cap because they were out of stock. I was frustrated, but Steven at customer service was very attentive and assured me my cap would ship as soon as it arrived, which it did and I received it in 2 days! From my research, I knew this cap would be the best for me so it was worth the wait.

No Customer Service or Support - product not working
No Customsr Service or Support. I purchased my cap, the most expensive one they sell, during Black Friday sale 2025. I’ve been using it daily since purchasing for 4-1/2 months now. The cap seems to not be working. My hair loss is actually getting worse.
I have tried calling Kieirr. They do not answer the phone. Selecting “customer support” directs you to an automated recording telling you to try submitting a chat on the website or submitting a ticket.
Chat is not an option on the current website. It doesn’t exist. There is no chat function.
There is also no option to submit a ticket for support on the website.
There is a form to send an email. I sent an email to the email address listed on their website a week ago describing my situation and have not received any response from Kiierr. I have also completed the email form on their website with no response.
Very disappointed in this experience. For so much money I expected some results and a fantastic Customer Experience and Support. I am getting neither of these.

I'm just starting my treatment journey, but I wanted to review the pre-purchase and unboxing experience here because it's been genuinely impressive.

$1200 for a laser hair cap, and they ghosted me no product
Update: they claim delivery conveniently today (lie) but provide no tracking and won't respond to my credit card company and the credit card company is giving a full refund based on fraud. This company is a total scam. Beyond dishonest. *I ordered this product and paid $1200 and they have never delivered the product. They will not return my calls, my emails and their customer service chat is always down.I've had to file a complaint for a full refund with my credit card company.

Trusting my belief in red light therapy to reignite my hair follicles. 5 weeks in and 6 minutes a day is a breeze. The Flex Cap is comfortable and fits well. Very optimistic about successful results moving forward and Steven at Kiierr Team has been incredibly helpful in the process.

Came for the Red Light Cap, stayed for the extras!
After using the red light cap for a couple of years and loving that, I also used the DHT blocking shampoo and conditioner and have recently tried their new hair dye shampoo. It’s been great so far! I find it much better than constantly dying my roots and it’s a more natural and subtle look that the skunk line I used to have. Kiierr has great customer service and I’m super happy with all the products I’ve tried!

A few months ago I was losing frontal hair rapidly. Now it appears that new growth has started. The cap is also easy to use and comfortable!

Great product, great customer service
I have been happily using the Kiierr Laser Cap for a number of years. My problem area, which is my temple has filled in quite well. It’s so easy to incorporate as my morning ritual along with my coffee. I find their customer service is very helpful and very quick at addressing any questions. I highly recommend the product and the company.

No noticeable difference
It is very easy to use but I cannot say I've noticed a difference. It may be that it has help halt my hair loss, but, after nearly 6 months of daily use, I do not see any meaningful increase in hair count or thickness. Also, it does not sit on your head as naturally as many of the pictures show.
