I did a fair amount of research before purchasing a laser hat. Kiierr is right at the top. Ordering was easy and delivery quick. I've reached out by e-mail two times with questions and received next day responses both times. Product is working as expected so far.

I have been using the hat for 3+ years and have been pleased with the results. The customer service is top notch. Would for sure, and have, recommend.

I purchased a Kiierr laser helmet in July 2025, one of the reason was because of the money back Growth Guarantee, advertised in big bold letters on their website.

After about 4 months of using the helmet consistently as instructed I was very concerned because I saw ZERO improvement.   I reached out to customer service I asked them if I could return the helmet. I communicated with Steven,the Department Manager. In that conversation, I told Steven when I purchased the helmet, and he told me I had to wait at least 7 months before returning the product. Then he gave me the instructions to register the device, which I did immediately. This is all documented in the emails.

I followed that instruction and kept using the device for 4 more months. After 8 months of using it not only had I still seen no regrowth whatsoever, but the bald patch on my crown had widened.

When I contacted Kiierr again after 8 months to return the helmet, Kiierr refused the return! They said the reason was because I had registered the device too late.
So to be clear: their own support manager told me to register the product months later, I followed those instructions in good faith, and then the company denied the refund based on the timing of the registration.

I responded providing the full email correspondence showing exactly what happened, including the instruction from their support manager Steven to register the helmet. And after that, they went silent! They stopped responding to any emails. Why would they go silent? Obviously they know they're in the wrong.

I bought this product with the understanding that if it did not work after the required usage period, I would be able to return it. Instead, after seeing zero improvement, and after the bald area on my crown had got worse, I was denied because of a registration issue that I addressed exactly when their own support team told me to.

I regret buying a cheaply made product from these dishonest people, there are better companies out there, I got a different helmet from another company and I'm much happier and already seeing better results.

Edit: Kiierr tried to take down this review! That tells you everything you need to know. They flagged it as defamatory, Trustpilot had a look at it and found no defamation whatsoever. Now that the review is up they made a reply coming up with all sorts of excuses! "We were willing to do this.. and do that..". All lies. Again, there are better companies out there with better products and customer service!

I purchased the Kiierr red light cap (302 diodes) hoping it would help with my thinning hair. I am a woman in my mid-fifties and used the cap consistently for about 7 months exactly as instructed.
Unfortunately, I did not see noticeable improvement in hair growth or thickness during that time. The cap itself is comfortable and easy to use, but it did not provide the results I was hoping for.
Customer service did reply to emails promptly, which I appreciated. However, when I contacted them about returning the device because it wasn’t working for me, it was very difficult to change their position. The conversation often shifted toward encouraging me to upgrade to a more expensive model instead.
Also be careful to read the details of the 7-mpnth growth guarantee. It requires strict documentation, including photos before starting, monthly photos with time stamps, and final after photos.
Now I am stuck with an almost $600 device that, at least for me, I cannot use to achieve the results it promises. It may work for some people but after seven months of consistent use I personally did not see meaningful results.

We love this product! Both my husband and I have been using it for six months and we are seeing amazing results. Thicker hair and it’s so easy to use. We also experienced great customer service when we had questions.

I can happily say I’ve been a repeat customer of Kiierr products including the laser cap and I have had wonderful results. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone desiring an improvement in their hair and scalp. Also, Kiierr customer service is top-notch with an exemplary response time. Lastly, their website is easy to use and has a variety of your favorite products to select from for safe shipment. Kiierr staff works seamlessly allowing you to reach out to customer service at any time. I can confirm that you will receive an almost immediate response and support from Kiierr. This company not only has great products, but they also really do go above and beyond to support their customers.

This company has absolutely horrific communication. Their phone might as well be non-existent and their emails are incredibly slow to answer. I've been waiting for one month for an almost $2,000 product.
Once I finally got an email response they are generic in nature with no resolution.

Correcting my 1 star review to 4 stars. I was contacted by Steven from Kiierr. He helped me to replace the cap quickly. It came without the charging device, later Steven sent me the charger. Because of this inconveniences i am giving them 4 stars. I am grateful to customers service handling my concerns and rectifying the issue. I can't say anything about the device making any difference on my hair growth, will be updating after 6 months of use.

My husband purchased the Kiierr hair growth system on 4/10/22 and I have noticed to my surprise that it has helped my hair fill in sparse areas on my head. I am very pleased and will continue to use this product for as long as I can. When your hair looks better, you feel better too. Diane McKinney

Great customer service. My question and resolution were taken care of quickly. I have have always gotten a quick response to any concerns. I have been using the cap for about 5 months and auto subscribe to the hair vitamins. I'm definitely starting to notice a difference.

I did a lot of research before purchasing. I liked the way Kiierr presented itself and offered a growth guarantee. It took a little bit of time to get my cap and it felt like I was in limbo for a little bit but once I got confirmation that it was shipping, it came in the two days. I had some confusion with the warranty and the extended warranty with regards to the refurbished model.

I am absolutely impressed with kiierr cap! I got the dual wave 312 cap and I am so impressed with the quality of the cap.
This review comes from someone who tried everything from natural treatments to medications. Natural treatments and medications all are inconvenient and mess up your hair quality after application (minoxidil gives hair a dry feel, and rosemary gives it an oily feel) while kiierr cap is so convenient and easy to use! You can still keep your hair styled and yet treat it at the same time.
I found it a bit pricy but for the quality (you’ll know what I’m talking about when you actually have it in your hands) and science behind it I decided to invest.
For my case, I could try the cap as hair loss wasn’t severe but it was bad enough that I can see where it’s heading. I noticed less shedding in the first week of use and now it’s been three weeks but obviously I’m so excited to see results in 6 months. I’ll post a review once it’s all done

Product came as advertised. Hat appears to be of heavy duty fabric. Lasers and battery work as intended. Fits snug on head covering all problem areas including temples.
