Great price, fast delivery.
Just purchased new frameset at a great price and it arrived almost a week earlier than stated. More impressive due to it being over the holiday season. Second bike I've bought from H2 Gear/Giant St Pauls and never had an issue with fast great service on both occasions.

I was quite disappointed with the negative and quite dismissive attitude of the lady i spoke with at your customer services center when i enquired how the system worked with the cycle to work voucher as she did not make this very clear so much so that i have avoided going through the process.bit annoying to be honest.

Hi Pete,
When you called us enquiring how the scheme worked you explained that you had already asked your company for the voucher and you wanted to know if we accepted the Halfords Cycle2Work vouchers. We explained that we did and for us to accept the voucher you would need to contact Halfords directly to have the voucher allocated to us as it would not automatically be done. You then told us that you had told your company you would be buying the bike through us, although it would be using the Halfords Cycle2Work sheme. We again explained to you that using the halfords vocuehr was fine but that you would need to allocate the voucher to our store as your company would not do this for you. We also informed you that you could make the purchase before receiving the voucher and that we would be happy to refund the purchase as long as you presented us with the voucher within 30 days of making the purchase, which you were more than happy to do and you even went ahead with the purchase within ten minutes of ending your phone call with us, even though you were not certain that you would receive the voucher within the 30 day limit. We even managed to have the bike delivered within two days of you placing the order despite the general lead time at the moment for bikes being delivered is 7 to 10 days.

Just received my bike from H2 Gear. After ordering I realized that I would be out of the country on the delivery date. I emailed them asking if I could postpone it and they said they would try and get it to be before the date I had to go away. Much to my amazement it arrived the next evening. Great price and great service from Rebecca and the team. A+
