Fast processing order
Contacted Giant UK regarding the product I needed and was referred on to dealer holding stock. Ordered online and it came within 2 days. Email confirmation to posting and tracking. No complaints with the company

:-( Incorrect item delivered
Unfortunately completely the wrong item sent - ordered a stem they sent me something else - the paperwork has the right item detailed but the package has something different!
I now have the hassle of emailing them about it and then follow whatever they ask me to do - let’s hope they pay the postage - also delayed me coz I needed the stem ASAP

Advertised shoes in the wrong size took my money and then didn't get in contact with me to tell him they hadn't had my stock even though I clicked on a size 7 and a 1/2
I went online cause I'll see a pair of trainers I liked and they said what size I put 7 and a 1/2 which is my size and then they took my money so I'll presume that they're becoming very soon as it said next day delivery left it a few days didn't arrive so i rung up they said someone was away On holiday he was dealing with it so that 1 took over from her but apparently she sent me an email asking my size as because you advertising an American we shall find very strange I finally did get brutal guy he was quite helpful but I was very disappointed to hear that they haven't got my size and I had to get a refund which took what a while to come through as well so basically I'm not very happy from miss as I was looking forward to getting them trainers
