Bike bag confusion
I ordered a bike bag but when it arrived it appeared to be the wrong size. In the end it was a misunderstanding which was cleared up by telephone with Rob at H2Gear. The professionalism and customer service was superb.

First Time - First Class!
This is the first time that I have bought from H2gear and I was somewhat surprised when I saw the remark to the effect that this item will be shipped in 7 days. I needn't have worried though as it arrived by DHL the next day!

I will be returning my recently purchased stem for my giant propel. As this is not a new stem as advertised. It is second hand. It arrived in an old damaged box and the stem it’s self Is scratched to hell. Bad show boys

For the record we do not sell 'second hand' products and we would always check the condition of an item that has been opened before dispatch. If we were unhappy with the condition of an item and it was the last one in stock we would generally contact the customer before processing the order if there was an issue with condition and generally offer a discount or to cancel the order. Obviously, you are entitled to disagree and we will be happy to process a refund for you in the case, including the cost of returning the item if you can provide us with a receipt.

I ordered TT bars for my Propel advanced and the full kit came next day.
They didn’t have stock of a certain bar type but were quick to offer solutions and get the items to me with a complimentary gift inside.

Great service, fast delivery
I bought a gravel bike from H2 Gear, very impressed with communications and service. The bike was delivered in a week from order, some small assembly required (as expected, front wheel, seat and handlebars needed to be attached). I was fine to do this, but H2Gear had emailed to offer support in assembly if required. Tubeless tyres were fully set up ready to use, gears indexed, bike was well packaged to prevent damage.
