Was after some 'last season' Castelli socks that suit me. H2 Gear had them in stock at a discount and mailed them next day as promised. Excellent service in these difficult times.

I bought some cycling gloves as a present. I couldn’t believe how quickly I received them I ordered it on the Monday and they arrived on the Wednesday. Great service 👍

I placed an order with H2 which was rapidly fulfilled but unfortunately they sent an item that wasn't new. I did a return and the cost and return postage were immediately refunded. So, excellent corrective service but the underlying error should not have happened.

Easy to use website backed by a great service.
Products arrived ahead of time and were great quality.

Ordered a pair of Sidi Cycling shoes and paid through PayPal, received the automatic verification of the order being received and paid in full and that it would be dispatched and delivered by Monday 2nd August. No confirmation of dispatch was sent, so tried to contact the company through their website but received no reply. Spent £280 on the shoes, so if they don’t arrive in the next few days I will need to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back - suffice to say I’m not impressed, will not use this company again!
UPDATE- had to contact through PayPal to get an answer, but only after shoes were delivered, the shoes are fantastic and a decent price but a simple notification of dispatch would have given a five star rating, easy fix H2 Gear.

after speaking to one of their sales team to check that the a 2020 tcr sl new old stock frameset actually was in stock (as so many advertised online at other shops aren't) i took the plunge to order, it arrived only a few days later all intact and as described, its a fabulous looking frame in Saturn (gold green flip), now to find groupset to build it

My order was delivered less than 24 hours from purchase. I not only received confirmation email but a personal one stating the order was being dispatched and wishing me a good weekend! The product is excellent value and just what I wanted. I have sent a 'thank you' email to them and will certainly order from them in the future.

Great service. Helpful advice when called to discuss sizing and features, really prompt delivery. Cannot fault H2 Gear in any way. One thing that would make it even better would be an online video covering what's in the box and walking through assembly.

Really handy that H2 got stock of my bike before everyone else, the process was very easy and delivery was swift. On an area for improvement, if you are spending thousands on a dream bike, you really want to talk it through with someone. This was not easy to do as no number is supplied on the email correspondence. In addition when the Giant Propel was delivered there were no instructions on how to attach the handle bars so had to drive it to the local Giant store who kindly set it all up for free whilst I waited. A part from that the experience was a 7 out of 10 for me.

With the world being as it is some relatively easy things are becoming scarce… Never mind cassettes and brake pads; without tyres you can’t go anywhere. Luckily H2 had some Course 1’s in 28mm (25 currently being 10 weeks away!).
Arrived as soon as possible given how far away I am. Easy to fit? One no problem, the rear one took a 2nd resit but then straight on. As my TCR only takes hookless compatibility these tyres are essential!

Great service from when I ordered my bike kept in touch to let me know what was happening and when to expect delivery .
My bike arrived on the day that was given to me so didn’t have to wait days not knowing when it would arrive
