Great, they had just what I wanted (cycling shoes) in the right size at the best price(£50 cheaper!) I could find, delivery was fast in 3 days, very clear tracking and communication. Will definitely use again! Thankyou

Brilliant Service and very helpful
We initially dealt with a Giant dealer in Bristol who sadly did not have the model we had but put a lot of effort in to find on line the few shops that had the models we wanted.
We contacted Graham in H2 Gear in St Pauls who had both models and they packed them up and dispatched them imediately, arriving within two days. very efficient and very helpful

No delivery info, and crushed part
Ordered a bike, it arrived fairly quickly, but I was sent no update on dispatch or shipping, so it’s arrival was a surprise.
Bike condition pretty good, but the front brake eyelet had been crushed (I assume in transport). I sourced a replacement online, but a bit annoying.

Hi Rusty, Thanks for your feedback on your bike order. We supply contact information to our courier DHL when we arrange delivery of your bike (mobile or email, with mobile preferred) so not sure why you didn't get any dispatch information in this case. If you can send a photo of the damaged part we would be happy to send a replacement FOC.

Two gravel bikes delivered in two days
My experience with H2 bike and the St pauls Giant store has been first class.From my initial discussions with Rebecca; through the simple transactions online and the premium delivery via DHL in just 48 hours, everything just worked.
The bikes - a Giant Revolt Advanced Pro 0 and Liv Devote Advanced - were PDId brilliantly by the workshop team and wrapped very carefully for shipping. They even answered my daft question on the phone sensitively!
I would have no hesitation ordering a bike or component from them again. Thank you Giant St Pauls London.

Fast delivery, and well set up on arrival
This ladies bike was ordered on Monday and arrived in Norwich on Thursday.
Well packed and set up ready to assemble and cycle off. No problem as i have plenty of tools but an allen key and simple spanner would help a beginner if they bought it.
The Liv bike rides well and my daughter is delighted with it.

Ordered a giant fastroad on monday night, it arrived by Wednesday extremely well packaged. Super fast efficient service. I rang on Tuesday morning to check they had received my order and the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and being new to a road bike answered all my questions so helpful. Can't fault them In anyway 5 star service
