Amazing quality and great warranty process! Also great customer service!

Excellent customer service and the product is fantastic.

Customer service is so easy and the warranty is no joke. Love everything they make and will always be a customer

Excellent customer service and truly a lifetime warranty.
Simple easy chat session and I received a coupon code to replace my ring, minus the shipping.
I will be a customer for life.

I have bought 3 rings and two belts over the last couple years. Great products.

Lost my ring
Filed a claim online and they took care of it immediately
Great company with an excellent warranty

Second ring I have had to replace. The warranty process is phenomenal

Have had these rings for years. If it breaks or comes off while water skiing, the warranty process is quick and I can get a replacement for just the cost of shipping.

This was actually pretty helpful I didn’t need to over explain myself, most respond were answered with perfection

I was able to quickly file the claim and get the appropriate coupon to cover the cost of replacement. Definitely way better than having to send emails and wait for replies!!

Wonderful customer service and extremely fast response times

Misplaced my rings for a time and when I found them they longer fit. (Like they had shrunk). I reached out for tips and they provided a coupon for me to be able to replace my ring! Thank you Groove Life!

Received the Groove Stealth Wallet as a gift and I couldn’t be happier. The wallet is sturdy and set up for the “Find My” feature was seamless. The quality put into the product is evident. Overall, it’s a really nice wallet and makes an awesome gift!

Groove always has the best customer service! Fast and friendly! We have ordered the last 3 rings from groove and they last a while before having to get another one!

I love Groove life. Exceptional customer service and so happy they have the lifetime warranty! Their rings are great quality!

I don’t like chat bots but the one Gl uses is pretty good. I didn’t know it’s a bot until it told me.

Groove has been consistent with their customer service and product quality, very happy to be a long time customer.

I have had two different rings and the third one is on his way. The first one is was my wedding ring, it started to tear so goovelife replaced it under warranty.
But the new ring was a Zeus ring. Better for what I do. I work with sharp metal and heavy wood a lot. They are now replacing that Zeus ring after 5 years. It was there one day and gone the next. All under warranty. Groovelife.com has superior products and a superior warranty over any company I’ve ever used.
