Helpful & Welcoming

I phoned & was greeted by a welcoming & helpful guy. He was considerate & extremely pleasant & even searched for overnight hotel stay at LGW which now makes me feel less anxious about going alone on my holiday. The fact that it's inside the terminal makes it much easier for me knowing I'll that's where the tour manager will be meeting us. I was sceptical & nervous about doing this tour to Italy but now I can't wait.
Thank you do much

Alice was very helpful on the phone…

Alice was very helpful on the phone when I had some questions about the tour I was interested in, she sent me through my quote pack and the next day I spoke to Alice again and booked my holiday. Looking forward to my trip next year.

Excellent service booking our Tour

I spoke to Paul, with questions about the Grand Tour of NZ.
He was incredibly informative, polite and helpful.
I didn't feel rushed at all.
My husband and I have now booked the Tour for 2027, over the phone. The process was easy, and very professionally handled.
Excellent, attentive service from GRJ- and Paul in particular.
