Only been with you a few weeks, but everything went exactly how it should have regards receiving the tracker and the fitting! Phone gets answered immediately by very helpful friendly people! Very impressed thus far!

Things do not always go to plan but I have found the Customer Service people to be very helpful and above all understanding.

People normally read reviews before they buy a product and review them shortly after the purchase, so it is good to know the support is there for you later down the line.

I've got x2 trackers in different cars and they both work incredibly well. The app (mobile and browser) are easy to navigate and the data is very useful. Unfortunately I experienced a slight issue with one of my trackers (a pure fluke) and Jason specifically went above and beyond to get me working again. Fast and friendly support and after speaking with Jason about the company, it's clear they all take immense pride in their product and service which shows. As a security professional, it was also very nice to see the security controls on the app which gives me confidence that my data is in good hands. Overall, very impressed.

I used GPS Bob to fit a S7 tracker to my campervan. I was really impressed with their excellent service.

The support team answer the phone quickly but they didn’t really solve my issue and the YouTube video they told me to watch didn’t help either

The tracker arrived very quickly. It was easy to set up and get working. Unfortunately I wasn’t in when the DPD delivery driver didn’t follow the delivery instructions and left the package in full view. It’s lucky it was still there when I got home. Why is it so difficult for delivery drivers to follow instructions??

Purchased the tracker and was fitted at my home within 4 days of purchase.

ordered, paid, delivered with 24 hours. Five star service.

All very easy and efficient. The fitter, John, was excellent and even came a day early (after checking I was in).

Very good customer service / help.
Had to have additional help with setup.
Good GPS mapping but tracking does not follow highway routs, its cuts across sections otherwise very good.

The process from start to finish was very simple. Support over the phone was excellent and installation was arranged to suit me and not their engineer. The set up afterwards was explained well and I feel confident that if I have any problems they will be on hand to sort out.

I've had the GPS BOB for a few years now and I can not fault it, it takes away all the worries when I'm leaving my camper van in places I visit, and I've also used it to find my way back to the van when I've forgotten where I've parked.

I bought a self install tracker from the GPSBOB website. It arrived the next day. Si.ple to install and worked straight away. The app is easy to set up a d works well. What more can you want. Thanks Bob.
