Great service and product.
The service was great from start to finish. Received my unit next day and the installer arrived on the date agreed and did a great job. My previous factory fitted tracker would fail to respond regularly, with tech dept claiming poor phone signal issues. I have just completed the North Coast 500 in my Motorhome and GPS Bob showed my location accurately at all my 8 stops. Some were very remote. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I contacted the support team and they…
I contacted the support team and they immediately took control and tried to resolve my issue remotely.
As this couldn't be resolved they asked me to return my tracker. The very next day I was advised the the unit was faulty and they sent out a replacement that was already linked to my account. Arrived the following day and work perfectly. Excellent service 5 stars.
