Dash Camera and Trackers - Very good and nice looking equipment. Software and app also good

Great service from Crystal Ball Ltd. Good-quality PSS kit, quick delivery and helpful communication throughout. Would happily use them again.

I experienced excellent service from Martin Sutcliffe, very quick and efficient service, always very helpful. Thanks.

A really seamless experience. The Jess and the team were able to arrange a quick turn around and were super flexible. Thank you!

We've had an excellent experience working with Crystal Ball. Their vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions have significantly improved visibility across our operations, enabling us to monitor vehicles more effectively, maintain compliance, and streamline day-to-day activities.

The system is intuitive, reliable, and backed by a knowledgeable and responsive team. A special mention goes to Jessica in Installations, who ensured the implementation process ran smoothly from start to finish. Tara, Business Development Manager, has been extremely supportive and proactive throughout our relationship, while Martin in Customer Support has always been quick to assist and resolve any queries professionally and efficiently.

Crystal Ball has proven to be a valuable partner, and I would highly recommend them to any organisation seeking a dependable and effective fleet management and telematics solution.

Excellent service from Crystal Ball. The engineer came directly to my address and installed the TFL Approved dashcam on my Tesla. The installation was neat and tidy, and the dashcam works perfectly. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them. 👍🏼

Highly recommend Crystal Ball, I enquired about a dashcam & tracker and was swiftly contacted and explained all options in a really informative and friendly manor. The tracker and camera have enabled me to reduce my insurance premium whilst also giving me peace of mind and live tracking in the fantastic app to keep an eye on my fleet.

From first enquiry to install it was a rapid and high class service.

A big thank you to Raj, Tracey, Tara and the rest of the team from Notarianni Ices.

Great price, amazing customer service, very personal touch from Martin. The tracker was fitted quickly, and around my convenience. I would be recommending Crystal Ball for our future tracker needs, and would recommend them to anyone who requires this service.

Professional service, sorted and fitted my TFL approved dash cam. I would recommend this company to other drivers who are looking to installation CCTV in their PHV/Taxi.

Brilliant customer service with no delay. The Engineer always very helpful and arriving on time as agreed.

Website was clear, the S7 tracker and subscription was by far the best value I found on the market. Jessica Sheard from the back office was extremely helpful in booking the engineer, and the Engineer, Leighton Corley was very knowledgeable, turned up on time, called me beforehand, and did a good job, in extreme heat. I had an email straightaway to set up the app, and my account is now live. I just hope I never need to use it. The one improvement I would suggest is to put some paperwork in the box when the tracker is sent out, and let me know it's coming by post. The same week I was expecting a black box for another vehicle, and assumed the Crystal Ball tracker was the black box, so that caused a little confusion. Overall though I am very happy so far.

We are currently really enjoying our experience with Crystal Ball. The system not only provides excellent vehicle tracking data, but we have also incorporated electronic vehicle checks into our operation, allowing us to move away from paper-based processes and help reduce our carbon footprint.

Crystal Ball worked with us to create a well-designed system that met the specific criteria and requirements of our business. The platform is easy to use, efficient, and has helped streamline our daily operations.

We are very happy with the service provided so far and look forward to continuing to work with the Crystal Ball team. Highly recommended.

SDE have been using Crystal Ball for 5 years now and i can only say that the service we have had is second to none! Always happy to help and fantastic when it comes to booking new installs in at such short notice which is critical for us to keep vehicles going! The booking co-ordinator Jess is amazing!

Arranged a de and reinstall on the same day at vehicle dealership as we were taking ownership of a new vehicle. From first email for requesting this booking right thru to their technician completing the work. Everything went as planned with minimum involvement from ourselves. Have been using Crystal Ball for many years and will continue to do so.

Great service and customer service by Jess.
Highly recommend.

They are very good with experience and everything is of high quality, I recommend Thank you

There are teething problems with any new systems, but I can honestly say Martyn at CB did everything within his power to resolve the situation. Very happy with the tracking system so far.

Excellent service and took the time to explain everything I needed to know.

Very responsive and professional.

The App is great and very user friendly.

I seamless end to end process and would highly recommend.
