Not sure why this site states " Bear Knuckle Apparal - We are Not Gorilla WarWear "
This is all the same company, same directors, same company address!!!!!!
In fairness I orginally ordered because I mistakenly thought this was 'Gorilla Wear' an established gym brand that I have worn for years in the gym without ever having an issue - BUT I WAS WRONG
I ordered a week into December, thinking that this would be plenty of time to get for a Christmas present.
The Item took weeks to be delivered, arriving well after Christmas.
The reasons, the Royal Mail strike, although all my other Royal Mail items came on time.
But the product seemed decent.
I bought another set as it was on offer.
Silly me, ordered on 11th Jan, its now the 25th Jan and still no product.
The response from the company (Director?) verges on rude and patronising.
Same excuses about postal issues
The customer services team will quote information on their site that justifies and excuses late deliveries and slow turnaround times
If you dig around their website and eventually manage to find something that relates to deliveries you will find several different delivery time promises ranging from a couple of days to 10 working days.
Below are from their website regarding how long until you receive your order -
" In most cases this will be next working day."
" Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch "
" Please allow up to 14 working days during the Christmas period and 15 working days for International orders "
The product quality is good
Customer service and delivery are appalling
If you are happy to wait over a month for delivery then they are for you

Made my order before Christmas, i recieved part of it in the midle of january and am still waiting for a hoodie to arrive whenever i email about it i just get a generic responce about royal mail strikes, where as in December and early jan the emails said they were changing the courier.. so i guess that hasn't happened as they are still useless

Company their customer services is appalling and they treat their customers like your stupid, I bought a limited edition hoodie and tee ( previous had been good so thought I would use again) waited over a month to get some shoddy chucked together garbage!! Will be sending back and have requested refund only to be ignored!!! Beware

Been waiting since 28th of November for parcels that I ordered. They blame the royal mail strike, but it was ordered before then and still hasn't arrived. 8/1/2023 .they have a fake email address and phone number only contact you get I'd through Facebook messenger , when they do reply they give you excuses. I think its sa scam

Won't lie, I got off to a bad start with this company. I ordered early December and with the Posties fighting for their right to a living wage I was expecting a wait for my order. I made contact with 'Mike' and asked for a tracking number, as you do. This degenerated into a unprofessional response match between us both and I left it at that. Now on the 27th December the order is here and dispite my aggravation, I have to admit the clothing is top notch. Quality feel to the tees and hoody. Quality print on them.to boot. So, the upshot. The gear is great, the wait is protracted (not all their fault) and this would have been five stars if it wasn't for the 'who can be a bigger Karen' email exchange. In truth I was probably the bigger Karen.

Great quality items, and reasonably priced. However when received my order I was missing a t-shirt from a package deal. Have sent emails through the contact link on Web site, but have yet to hear anything back. This has now been roughly 5 days and beginning to think no one reads these. The t-shirt which come with a hoodie was meant to be a Christmas present. Have now had to find an alternative whilst waiting for a reply, that I am doubtful about getting.

Terrible... Just terrible. I ordered from these clowns on 5th November received order in 29th to find that the products are smaller than advertised (3xl is more like 2xl, hoodies are very short in the body). Sent back with proof of postage, sent proof with an email confirming return and requesting replacements... Nothing, nothing at all apart from generic advertising, auto responses, and excuses sent out to every customer ensuring that they will respond after the weekend. Buyer beware.

Shocking customer service, rude and unprofessional.
So far over 3 weeks waiting for my order. After experience with the custumer service (under new management apparently!) I don't expect the quality of the product be good either!!!!!!!!

I ordered goods on 27 nov as a first time customer and got a dispatch notification on the 8th December. At the time of checking out you are charged for dpd tracked but on the dispatch notice yiu are told they are not using dpd anymore but royal mail. So I assume it is tracked and get told no isn't, so still no items and no way of knowing where they are. Customer service is non existent, Facebook community is closed, email does not get answered. Have contacted to request refund or i am going to trading standards. Avoid at all costs as these are just modern day dick turpins.

After numerous emails, the last sent today (28/12) and still no goods It appears i have at last been given a refund. I will update again once the money has been received.

What an absolute disaster of an order and is under new management 🙄. Order end of October, receive completely the wrong order 2 weeks later, promise to resend never received, promise a refund that takes 3 days 3 weeks ago, never received. I am a returning customer and this was just shy of an hundred quid order. Shambolic is an understatement 🤬 As per my message if the refund isn't received by the end of the week I with speak to my CC provider about how I get a refund, ADVICE FOLKS, IF YOU RISK ORDERING FROM THIS LOT PAY ON THE CC AND BE PREPARED FOR DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

Ordered on 7th November and said 10 day despatch - on email received on 19th said despatched via Royal Mail - Not received by 28th November so chased via email - auto response said they were busy with orders and they would reply - Never did - Now 2nd December and still no products or reply - Contacted via email and webform on website. Poor customer service - I've contacted my bank for a refund as gifts no longer needed.

Just received the hoodie and two tshirts bundle deal arrived later than expected however I received an email explaining the situation with courier ect and it arrived when it said it would really happy with the hoodie ( really thick/warm material) and tshirt great fit however one tshirt is smaller and the print is slightly off center however still a great deal would definitely try them again.

Used them in the past and had problems receiving the order. When I did the hoodies and T-shirts are amazing
Saw they were under new management so tried them again. Exactly the same issues.
Order placed 22 Sept and told they were dispatched. Further contacted on 6 Oct and again told they were being dispatched
Emailed on the 15 Oct and as yet no reply and no clothing.
Hence the bad review.
Real pity as the clothing ( when you receive it) is brilliant

Very bad experince with their costumer service,i requested a cancelation of my order,they accepted and comfirm,4 days after i recived another e-mail that says order dispached!
Why would you post an order that youa also accepted to cancel?

Never had a problem with this company, they have always been quick and courteous and on time. Started ordering because I love the designs, in fact I wore the jersey beanie until it disintegrated.

Very efficient since the change over of management, as always the clothes are of good material and we're delivered when they said would be while keeping me updated throughout the process. Will definitely order again.

Turnaround of the century? Previously ordered from here and was disappointed with the 12 day dispatch time. Decided to try again as heard they were under new management and was very impressed with customer service (very helpful on messenger) and hoodies arrived within 3 days. Will be returning for more. Thanks.

10 working days…. 24 hour delivery from dispatch.. nope! No response, no tracking other than picked up with a date, the date has changed every day this week. Thankfully I use PayPal for everything and they always resolve issues for you. Shame really, the clothing looked really nice online.

Been waiting for a package since May.
No response through website
Did get a response through IG where I was told it had been returned and would be shipped out again.
Messaged again twice no response
Requested a refund.
The lesson here is dont believe IG adverts for shoddy companies

Avoid Avoid Avoid! Ordered items as a Christmas present and still nothing has arrived! I have emailed numerous times to check on the progress of
the order but heard nothing back. Absolutely appalling. After reading others reviews I dont hold much hope that my order will arrive or that I'll get my money refunded. So not only have I lost my money but my partner is out of a Christmas present!
