I ordered from them on the 29 of October 2022 & still waiting. Promised in December they would send out new order with extras for my inconvenience again in February! No dispatch conformation nothing. Used them before without any problems but never again.

There was a problem with the delivery but I believe that was down to Evri, the mega mystery box was sent again and arrived in good time, one of the t-shirt had an XL label but was clearly a small, quick email and the team have promised to send a replacement. Two decent quality hoodies and two t-shirts for £35, if it takes a couple of weeks to arrive for the price it's worth the wait.

Placed an order middle of last year and was happy with the clothes that arrived, although it took a while longer than expected.
Saw another deal online for a bundle so decided to buy some more. Paid £5 for DPD delivery, however in my confirmation email it stated at the bottom that due to a dispute they would send via Royal Mail instead. A few days later they sent me an Evri tracking number advising it had now been sent.
I left it a few days and tracked it, Evri hadn't received the package yet, so I emailed to check. I was told that Evri had failed to collect twice that week, but were due in that same day and apologised for the delay.

I then left it another 4 days and checked again, Evri are still waiting for my package.
I emailed to cancel and get a refund, but we'll see how that goes..

Terrible service, ordered 2 white hoodies xxl in the warlord collection on the 2nd January, after a month they finally arrived only to be 1 grey and 1 white in large, sent them straight back 1st class on the 2nd Feb, Still waiting for refund?, I've sent countless emails asking when refund will be only to receive automated email response everytime, tried ringing the helpline but surprise surprise no answer

I ordered a few things and cannot fault the quality of the clothing. They not only fit well and look good but feel even better. I had no issues with delivery either and received my order quickly. Fantastic friendly customer service also. Cannot recommend this company enough. This was my first purchase and definitely won’t be my last!

Good quality hoodies, fast delivery too. no issues at all, I'm reading other reviews now, however, did not have the same experience. 10/10 from myself.

Ordered 4 Hoodies and a few T-shirts. Hoodies are of excellent quality, warm and hard wearing. Graphics are good and held up perfectly in the wash/dryer so far!

I struggle to find sizing that fits me ordered my usual 3xl and it fits so well.
Definitely be ordering in the future.

£40 for two hoodies, two tees and a beanie is insane value for money.

Shocking company!
Shocking company!! I ordered my items on 28th November. Received most of them on 15th January. Still not received one of them and its nearly March despite me sending 8 emails to customer services. Most emails are generic reply apart from 3 which said I would receive ASAP.... alas NOT! If there is anyone else who reads this having the same problems, I am contacting trading standards.
Please message me via my comment on the Ambassador post on their Facebook page. Everyone else AVOID!!

Absolute scam!

don't waste your money on them. It all looks great on the website but you'll never get your order, no reply on emails or social media.

I'll go through the bank to get back my money.

So where do I start:

Ordered and paid for on the 11-1-23

Confirmation after a few days saying it’s being processed, delivery confirmation saying Evri have given it a tracking number. But in the mean time after asking for delivery updates via multiple emails with no response , the company blamed Royal Mail for the lateness of my package?! Even though it was being collected and delivered by Evri . Obviously sending out an automated email blaming Royal Mail and the strikes.

Like I said, I emailed 4 times with no response , Instagramed them which they read with no response but the automated Royal Mail blame game!!
Called the number that is situated in Wales about 10 times with no joy of even one answer or employee calling me back!!

All I can say is this is the 3 rd experience I’ve had with this company and every parcel has been late and always with a rubbish excuse blaming others but themselves!!

Finally got a response back from the via instagram after I shared a story saying don’t use this company , and also by a miracle from the gods I got my money back the minute I got a response from them!!

Don’t use this company if I were you!!

Wish i had read reviews before i purchased, ordered 2 sleeveless hoodies as they were on offer 3 weeks ago. Didn't receive a confirmation email and still not been delivered. Emailed 3 times and gained nothing from them.

Terrible delivery time, took nearly a month due to strikes but was never given an update (I paid for DPD not royal mail which shouldn't have effected my order).
Customer service only responds on social media not their emails.

The clothing quality is significantly less than Primark.

Honestly wouldn't recommend this, my t shirts have already started to stretch at the stitching, the hoody is the same and the printed designs are fading already.

Dreadful. An absolute joke. Wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered. Ordered some tees and a hoodie on the 8th jan. Nothing has arrived. They were off hand and passive aggressive in their customer service response to me. Blaming Royal Mail strike for the delay. I have now been waiting for 3 weeks. Don’t buy from this company.
