⭐️⭐️ 2/5 – Poor experience overall – late delivery, quality concerns, and no accountability

I ordered a batch of tracksuit sets with an agreed delivery time of 15–17 days. The order arrived significantly late without proper communication or updates during the delay.

When the parcel finally arrived, all the items had a strong, musty and mold-like smell — likely caused by dampness during transit or poor packaging. I had to unpack every piece, let them air out, and will likely need to wash all of them before they can be used or distributed. This added unnecessary hassle, time, and cost on my side.

While the product design looks okay, the print feels weak and unlikely to last after regular use or washing.

What’s worse is the lack of accountability. When I reported the issues, the seller’s response was:

“Sir, when shipped nothing happened that you said.”

This kind of denial and unwillingness to take responsibility is highly unprofessional.

I do not recommend working with this supplier unless they improve both their product quality control and their attitude toward after-sales responsibility.

100% scam artists. Ordered a bundle at end of April and was given the generic 10 working day bs. After 3 weeks I contacted them and was told high order numbers and to be patient. A few days later got the email they were filing for insolvency. Yes it was *only* £30 but given we're in a cast of living crisis the money could have been useful.
I had forgotten all about it until today when I say a suspiciously familiar name and style of clothing advertised online. Went on the Gorilla war wear website and it appears they are still taking orders. Absolute scum, I hope the director (still active on companies house) gets charged with fraud.

Still waiting on order from May this year ? Payment was taken straight away, no contact since ? No anything?

Got a refund from my bank after being conned by this bunch of fraudsters. I would urge everyone else to do the same if they can

Take note of the guy's name on companies house, and be sure to never deal with him again.

Unable to leave a zero rating, ordered hoodie back in November last year, received 1 excuse after another why I hadn't received my item, the amount of emails I have sent is ridiculous. Now seeing the reviews about the company going into administration does not surprise me one bit. No doubt they'll pop up under a different name so they can rip off more people.

Anybody reading this who has been left out of pocket by this company should go to Trading Standards. They might get money back but even more so they may prosecute to ensure the people behind this should never trade again.

ps and for the like of Sophie P giving them 3 stars: as far back as February they were taking orders with automatic e mails sending out BS around delivery times. They ran national adverts in Instagram in May hooking people in. They kept taking orders and have done a runner. It was planned and orchestrated. They are thieves and ran a shameful scam!!. Full stop.
They deserve to be jailed and the very least NEVER be allowed to operate again

Carried on taking peoples money even though knew they were going to fold, absolute thieves. I've not even received an email to say they had gone into administration.

Placed a order in March, have emailed them twice with them saying, because of the number of orders it's delayed.
Just taking people's money now saying its gone into administration.

These guys hooked me in with a deal on 5 Ts for £25, emailed after a month suggesting that courier delays have slowed orders up and then suddenly an email saying they have gone insolvent. No need to warn you off as all online presence seems to have disappeared. It's only £25 but its the principle

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! 28th of February my order was placed and has still not arrived. Contacted them and same old excuse of high demand, more like feckless charlatans!!!!

Shame they’ve gone bust as I liked the clothing. Like everyone else my last order didn’t materialise but my bank sorted a refund in less than 24 hours.

Scam do not purchase anything from this supplier.

I sent an email asking about the status of my order two weeks after paying for the items. Was told they were experiencing delays and asked to wait 26 working days.

I emailed again and was told the company was going into insolvency and no refunds would be given.

Scam!

Made 2 orders around 8 months apart first order was almost a month to arrive with no explanation or replies after emailing.
2nd order in May 23.
They claim to have gone bust. Zero items or refund given. Probably just took the money and run.

Placed an order, was told to expect a delay due to volumes of orders, then informed they went bust in May. Lost my money, no order and no communication.
In short, perhaps they deserve to not be trading!

Oh and one of the most recent reviews - we'll call her Sophie P (because that's her user name) was going on about "... how horrible people can be...it's a small business...blah blah blah b0llocks..."

News flash numbnuts - ITS STILL FRAUDULENT. If you have filed for insolvency months ago, but still have your website up taking orders and payments, it's fraud. And change the address of your business days before public announcing insolvency via email to buyers, shows dishonesty in my book.

Oh and if, Sophie P, you run a small business and go on about Klarna Pay in 3 - the business owner gets paid UPFRONT in FULL. It's the buyer that gets to pay instalments as they have inserted their card details. It's not about the money, it's the principal. Some here cannot afford to pay £30 again for gifts etc.

But karma's a b1tch, and hopefully the owner will get his comeuppance. Hopefully that will be him sent to prison, and he'll be passed around the cell block to be porked in the ring by the others.

So in summary, I'm calling total bullsh1t on this review. It's also looks suspiciously like all the great 5 star reviews

These reviews show just how horrible people are! Firstly, like others I have not received my order and at this point I am not expecting to. I am however a fully grown adult and the concept of me not receiving £30 worth of t shirts isn’t going to cause me to loose too much sleep. I would also say that I have bought from gorilla war wear for years and am genuinely gutted they have gone under. Unlike many of the reviewers on here however who will always see the worst in people I am genuinely sad that this is the state of current times where small businesses cannot survive increased costs. Owning a small business myself I am all too aware of how hard the current climate is and how many businesses are surviving week by week. News flash people not everyone is out to scam you!! Maybe the company just ran out of money, believe it or not it does happen! I paid by klarna who offer full protection so again I think a “split the scam in 3 payment” would be the worse scam in history. Think this is clearly just a case of a company that was stretched to the max

Just thought I'd update from my last review spent almost 200 quid on the 3rd of April. Got a tracking number on the 16th of April that never updates sent loads of emails and just got generic emails back blaming evri or their promotions etc. Now I have been blocked on social media, the website no longer accepts my username and password and I am no longer receiving emails or are they answering my calls. Once again an absolute scam hope the guy gets done for fraud.
