Absolute scam, this company are thieves, take your money with no intention of sending anything, occasional response to email with “we are looking in to it” and nothing happens for over 3 months. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This review is going to sound familiar. AVOID THIS COMPANY. After requesting a refund, and receiving the same standard reply everyone else is. PLEASE CHECK THE LATEST FILINGS ON COMPANY HOUSE. This is a scam. Christopher, provide my refund.

been waiting since the 26th of april for my tshirts had no email or anything its now the 30th of may, sent 6 email had no response to any of them very very poor ran business thanks michael

Ordered products over a month ago, had an email stating order has been accepted then that was it until 2 weeks later when I emailed asking for a refund. I then got an email stating that the order had been finished.
I replied and stated I still wanted a refund and had no replies, the contact number just rings out and all emails are automated.

Do not use.... It's a scam company, I'm filing through thrading standards this weekend when the form is available

I ordered the 6 t-shirt bundle over 5 weeks ago and they have still not arrived!!

Ordered well over a month ago now and nothing. Continually emailed them, phoned them and messaged them on Facebook with nothing but automated responses. Luckily i have relatives in the legal business so will now be heading down that route. Avoid at all costs.

Don't, just do not order from this company. They are literally seeking to close down the company! GOV.UK They take your money and send email after email with excuses as to why you are still waiting. They ignore all complaints and blame their
service team. They blame customers for their delayed turn around. They blame their marketing team for being too efficient.
They even create real courier tracking numbers so you feel like somethings happening, but they don't actually hand any items to the courier, then blame the courier for not processing orders!
ABSOLUTE, TOTAL, SCAM

Got a reply from Gorillawarwear the day after my review went in, apologizing for the delay and saying they would rectify the delay asap. 17days later, and still absolutely nothing. They have no customer service despite their clam on the web page. Please heed the warnings, do not order from these con artists!

Ordered well over a month ago and still no items, they said that had dispatched it on the 18th with royal mail, this was over a week ago, think there telling lies! Royal Mail don’t take this long to deliver a parcel, this is a joke!!

Update!! My t-shirts arrived, over a month I waited, I got mostly white ones which isn’t the problem, on a couple the patterns aren’t straight and couple of the patterns aren’t printed very well, but I can overlook that for the price, one has a faded line through the middle, But I can’t complain too much as they were only £25 for 6 which works out £4.16 each, I’m thankful for the company for sending them, I’m sure resolving the company was hard for them.

Terrible customer service, I have sent many emails requesting the location of my order.

I have requested a refund through my bank as I am refusing to wait any longer.

Don't waste your money and go else where. I've been trying to get hold of these scammers for weeks without any luck, only response I get is a generic auto response email and when you reply to said email it goes unanswered. I'm going to trading and I'd advise everyone else here who has had the same experience to do the same and hope fully this company gets shut down. Chris Houghs the the ceo of said company please get in contact with me to discuss this matter. WVERYONE STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE.

Ordered a mystery box on 1/5/23 and still waiting,sent numerous emails to receive an automated response,think they have got sick of me because I'm now blocked on Facebook and they won't answer the phone

Ordered a mystery bundle on 2/4/23. Numerous emails later (which stopped being responded to after the 26/4🤷‍♂️) and the only mystery is where’s my stuff or my money?
Impossible to contact as everything (social media and emails) results in an auto reply email that asked you to reply to it again and the phone number rings off.
Had a problem with a previous order not arriving on time earlier in the year, so it’s twice bitten for me. I can understand a change of management & delivery services having an impact but no excuses for ghosting customers after taking their money.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Ordered on 20 April no items received and to replys to emails still waiting for reply and goods.

Ordered t-shirt pack on 1/5/23 and still have not received my parcel. Shocking customer service, I've emailed them multiple times to get an email asking for my order number then when I sent this got no reply. I've been given an evri tracking number a week ago bit evri still states they are waiting for my parcel. Tried calling them to no answer. Looks like I will have to report the matter to the bank and try for a refund.

Ordered on the 4th May only to be given a Evri tracking number & a email stating that my order will be sent through Royal Mail .
Totally confused & let down now but the suspense is killing me to who actually is going to deliver it.
No answer on telephone number given & a auto reply email.

Terrible company! Avoid at all costs. Ordered on the 29th April, still not received the goods. Never get a reply when I emailed them and they don't answer their phone. I've just resigned myself to the fact that I've lost my money.

Having same problem as everyone else evri been expecting my parcel for weeks and nothing numerous emails with generic reply it’s really not on I appreciate you have a backlog but be truthful about timescales now I can’t seem to get into my account it says locked out looks like I will have to go to trading standards
