Dirty thieves. Placed my order on 13th May and had follow-up emails to say order has been despatched, changed or delivery company due to dispute with DPD. I would guess the dispute if they haven't paid DPD. My order wasn't a large amount of money but we are in a cost of living crisis and this was supposed to be a gift. Email sent today to follow up only to get an auto reply saying they have gone into liquidation which is a TOTAL LIE! Companies House says the company is still active! Robbing, vile individuals!

Been too long now waiting for this to get rectified

Brought items on 21 April 2023 and STILL waiting.
Spoke to trading standards and going to sort a refund, but, on company house they're classed as active after sending a mass email regarding insolvency. But after speaking to company house. They FILED FOR INSOLVENCY IN FEB THIS YEAR!!

Ripped off just like others! I have just noticed their email said they were closing their website down on 5/06/23 now their email says it will close on 08/06/23. Absolute Scammers trying to rinse people more and more! Why would you need a website to continue trading if you have gone bust! BS Company!

Purchase items in spring of 2021 only for the items to never arrive and had to chase money with my bank. Fast forward 2 years and continually seeing their adverts on social media dissing the previous management and how the new team were super efficient and putting the world right....
So I stupidly ordered again. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice and it's definitely shame on me. Fell hook line and sinker for the bull.
Fraud case opened with bank.

The same issue as everyone else, I have been scammed, they took my order on 18th May and clearly now having read the reviews with no intention of honouring the order!
I gave them 1 star on the rating because 0 is not an option! They are filthy thieves and continue to take orders despite saying they are insolvent!

Would give less than 1 star if I could.

After 12 emails and 5 weeks they finally come clean!!!!

It was a scam from day one, the money is gone and never to be returned!!

high quality clothing at tremendous value is no longer sustainable.
After a very tough few months we had hoped to be able to weather the
storm until we had received an investment loan to see us through the
worst. We were given the news early this week however that this had
been pulled due to inflation and a diminishing lender risk appetite.
We just can’t see how a small business can reasonably be expected to
even break even in today’s climate. The support is just not out
there.

We are with diminished numbers endeavouring to fulfill as many
outstanding orders as possible and will dedicate all remaining
manpower to do so, however despite our best efforts the company is now
insolvent and we are no longer able to continue trading.

All creditors enquiries should be directed to the insolvency service.

We would like to thank everyone for their support over the past 7
years and apologise profusely to anyone affected.

Utter scam of a company. No doubt they'll pop back up as something else, taking more cash from people

Not a matter of money , but principal now , you cancelled my order , not me .
Waited and waited for a refund , time spent emailing and trying to contact you .
My time is money.
Someone is wholey responsible for this .
I AM a man of my word .
You have stolen from me .
That to me is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Not just me but MANY people .
Now I'm the creditor and will get my money back.

I placed an order on the 3rd of January and have had numerous emails blaming covid, evri, postal strikes. never received anything, and now an email saying they have gone Into receivership, unfortunately I will never see either my order or money back.

I've ordered before and not had a problem, this time however..... one automated email response after the order was placed, 10 days later not even so much as tracking number, email sent asking where the order is and an automated response saying there was a problem with courier (Evri). Another email 2 days later (total of 14 days) asking for a tracking number, same automated email blaming courier but asking to respond to email if waiting 14 days, I responded and still no answer. Sent another 2 emails requesting a tracking number and no response. After finding all these bad reviews I've opened a dispute via my bank.

The company is a Joke, and the owner is a fraudster. Don't pay attention to the recent 5-star messages they and wrong! I received an email this morning that the company has gone into insolvency; this doesn't happen overnight! They have put a fake promotion on 6 t-shirts for £25, knowing they could not supply them. Fraud....Fraud....Fraud

Company has gone bust. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Ive placed a claim to my bank to try get my £30 back luckily its not much but money is money. Absolute disgrace of a company pushing promotions without intending to fulfill orders and sending out generic fake tracking numbers which never update. This is a scam plain and simple. I read all the bad reviews but still thought id give it a shot thinking it was just long turnover times and was willing to wait. But that was obviously not the case. I say Avoid but dont think they are allowing payments anymore anyway. Banks are going to hate the company real soon with all the claims coming their way.

Awful people. Avoid at all cost. Waited over a month after paying, still no delivery and now apparantly insolvent. What a scam!!

Took my money a month ago and nothing to show for it, they sent an email to day they're insolvent and details to follow in due course.

On the 6th of May I ordered a pack of 6 T shirts, it is now the 1st of June and despite a couple of emails saying they had issues with the courier (evrie) and then to say the delivery would be via royal mail I STILL have not received my t shirts. Now upon emailing then I received a reply to say they have gone into receivership!!! BUT their web page is still offering deals on shirts!
It's just one big con!!!

I actually ordered from the "previous" team and the service sucked, as did the quality. Fell for the new management BS and ordered the multi pack offer, knew it was too good to be true. The email replies are BS I also emailed and got both the scripted replies, even when I emailed again in response the the part where it says to email if waiting for 14 days. Just goes round and round. I've given up expecting my purchase, but will chase my money, just for principle. I do, however have an address for the company, I've yet to check if it's genuine.

Ordered 1st April. Nothing came for over 8 weeks. Fine these things happen. But their customer service is non existence. Tried to contact them through their only email address and got ignored. Also couldnt get refund. Avoid.
