I ordered a 6 t-shirt bundle for £25 plus a bundle of 2 hoodies, 2 t-shirts and a beanie for £40 April 10 2023.

I received an email 27 April with a tracking reference for Evri. This said they were expecting my parcel for weeks. After several emails which I only received a standard auto reply saying how busy they were I contacted my credit card as this was looking like a fraudulent transaction.

I eventually received confirmation from Evri that my order would be delivered 19 May 2023 (order 10 April 2023). The 6 t-shirts are really nice. However the £40 hoodie / t-shirt bundle is a disgrace. The 2 hoodies are identical and one of the t-shirts has been printed by someone with impaired vision. There is clearly no quality control.

The website says that I have to pay for returns. As they've failed to fulfil the order as per their website, the return postage costs should be covered by them.

We'll see where we go from here. My credit card is keeping the dispute open until the return is resolved.

Despite the good 6 t-shirts, I'd say stay away from this company as their customer service and quality control appear to be non-existent.

Still waiting on my order and only automated reply’s stating to reply to that email which then still results in no reply, I suggest not ordering from them until they sort them selfs out

Just another Xplosive ape style company. Happy to take your money and promise 14 day turnaround but weeks later still waiting. 4 generic responses and one two word answer from 'Mike' saying "Will do" when I asked for a proper response or my money reimbursed.

No sign of my order and when chasing, like other reviews below, it's just an automated reply from "Mike" and nothing else.

Order was placed on 18.04.23 and nowt to show for it. Poor customer service and I would advise anyone ordering to be prepared for a long wait.

Still waiting on my order from 5th April.

UPDATE 10/6/23....... I ordered through Klarna and I stopped the last payment. They have now dealt directly with the company for me and are refunding my money.

I ordered from this company 30/03/23. Its now 18th May and still nothing received. I have emailed on 5 seperate occasions, just to recieve an automated response saying that there are small delays and reply to that email if order still not received. I have done this and had 2 responses telling me they are looking in to it. I have called the number provided on the website and no-one answers. As far as im concerned the have defrauded me of £121 and i will be talking to Trading Standards and find a way of getting my money back unless they respond to this review.

Avoid!
Promises from previous review of ‘please email with tp as subject’ are just a further scam to look good in public.
Appalling service may as well have chucked money into the wind.

Thinking a trading standards report or something must be applicable or some ombudsman as they just keep churning out new offers yet can’t even fulfil existing commitments to current paying customers!

Dreadful company communication dreadful still waiting for my items and still no closer to knowing what's going on

Bought quite a few items on 11 March 2023, still not arrived by 18 May 2023. Automatic response to emails asking for an update. I am a returning customer and in 2019 had a great 5 star experience. Fantastic t-shirts, still going strong and I wanted more. I understand that they are short staffed, but that’s not surprising with so many amazing looking offers advertised. Website states 10 days turn around time. I’m currently on over 2 months. The items were bought for my birthday which has now passed, so had far fewer gifts on my birthday. Not really sure how long to leave it now before I call my bank. I really like the designs and quality of the product.

As with most other reviews I have been waiting 30 days for an order to arrive. Automated emails have stopped all emails ignored and phone just rings out. I hesitated for a min to write this but with all the other comments this looks more and more like a scam everyday.
Think I'll just give up and try getting my money back through the bank.

Just a quick update on this. Its now 1st June and still no delivery and no meaningful response from the business other than generic email. Just for clarity I have email 10 times in 42 days rang thier advertised phone number 8 times. Still nothing.

Have been trying to get a resolution to being sent wrong items of lesser value for 4 months. Never keep to agreements when they do respond. Emails always automatic response with excuses saying things like “due to exceptional demand”, “due to postal strike”,” due to change in management” etc etc. Every time you put a negative review on Trust pilot for these cowboys (#3) you get a response just for public view point promising to resolve the issue but they never actually follow through. They could have settled my initial issue very easily but instead I’ve been strung along, so instead I’ll try and warn others of their underhanded behaviours. Let’s see if the response to this uses classic phrases like “apologies for your experience” “we have a new sales team” “please email us your order number so we can resolve” !!! You have been warned!!!

Shocking service, wait over a month to receive 5 T-shirts and then when they arrive 3 have print defects. Emailed them straight away and a week later still no reply. Avoid at all costs.

I didn't want to write this review as i am a returning customer to gorilla.
4 times i have ordered from them over the last 4 years.
4 times their customer service has been appalling.
Never answer phone, ignore emails, send out the wrong order. The list goes on.
My latest order was for 6 small t-shirts. I received 5 small t-shirts and a medium.
This took 34 days to receive from ordering and as per usual they get my order wrong.
They haven't replied to my email advising them of their error and to be honest i don't think they'll bother replying.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered the 14th April not turned up yet ,get no joy from emails evri have been waiting since the 2nd for my package,shocking company with no regard for customer.
They say they are over stretched and are getting more staff in but still keep putting fresh offers out worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

Delivery is discusting, supposed to be 10 days not nearly a month.
Get your act together and sort this.

Awful experience, ordered from them just before Christmas and had to chase for a refund as never received items so had to raise a claim for a refund through my bank. Gave them a second chance ordering again in April and not received again, now they do not answer their phones, generic response to emails, ignore Facebook messages and comments. Sent a tracking number on 02/05/2023 which shows it has not even been collected from them still. Absolutely shocking company. Will have to raise a claim for money back again

Update: Raised a claim through my bank again to receive refund as no responses from the company, yet still keep sending out new offers.

Like others 0 stars! I have ordered in the past with no issues but this experience means I’ll never order again. Ordered on 3rd April. Had despatch notice on 16th April but it was never received by the courier. Emails are answered automatically and when a human does reply, what they say never comes to pass. Been promised it’s being looked into multiple times but as it’s now over 30 days I have claimed my money back through the bank. Truly awful service.

It’s a scam. Must be affiliated with Xplosive Ape. Will be filing a claim with the courts Monday morning.

Same as everyone else on here, checked reviews before purchase, everything seemed fine, but I too have been waiting for my products since April!!! Generic emails, no answer on the phones, and I also would put money on, the same reply to this review as others have received about extra staff being taken on! Absolutely shocking and pursuing avenues of getting my money returned!
