If I could give 0 stars I would I ordered 3 hoodie back in December and never received them despite making contact with them on all there platforms they choose to ignore me so they are basically robbers who stole my money a bunch of fraudsters stay well away from this so called company!

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

Looks like ive been burnt, took my money but no gear delivered. I have a tracking number but Evri not recieved the parcel.

Palmed off and lied to, its a real shame as I had ordered in the past but seems this is now a scam.

I got rinsed in the past by Xplosive Ape, seems these are the same. Basically just thieving money.

Ive seen the reply, but ive sent multiple emails and calls prior to this with no resoloution. They have l my details and so far just excuses about missed pickups which are repeated week after week. So i doubt that will now change. I would not risk ordering from these guys.

Ordered item on lApril 7.Still not received anything. Received a dispatch number foe Evri. When I check on the Evri website it states still waiting for delivery of item. When I try to contact the company by email the only response is a generic email.I would not use this company again.

Having first ordered gym kit in November 2022 (getting delivery was a nightmare back then with so called DPD and Royal Mail disputes. Did eventually receive though and was happy with the products) I thought I'd give them another go and again ordered almost £100 of kit on 09/04/2023.

The order was confirmed the same day as with the funds also being taken that day. Then a few days later the Evri tracking number arrived.

Fast forward to 08/05/2023 and Evri still haven't received the items to deliver. I have sent a number of emails asking for updates, all of which have been ignored apart from the generic, auto email telling us all that some deliveries were missed and will be sent on Friday every time I've tried to contact.

Because of this I decided to do a little digging myself with Companies House. Please. Anyone thinking of ordering, DON'T.

An application to strike the company off the Companies House register was logged in February 2023 meaning the director wants to dissolve the company.

This action has been suspended for now as an objection has been lodged but this does not stop them from still marketing their products (I'm still getting offers by email and advertising on Facebook) or taking money for orders.

I strongly suspect none of us will ever see the products we order now.

Stay away!! Goods still not received over 3 mo the later, no responses to emails and cannot get through on the phone.

I purchased the Gorilla 0.5 water bottle the first one i received when filled would leak from around the top of the bottle so i emailed Gorilla about the and sent them pictures after a short time Gorilla sent me a replacement bottle well before using the new bottle i filled it with water just to see if i was going to have the same problem well would you know it didn't leak from the top but when squeezed it sprayed water right out of the side of the bottle just can not believe that Gorilla Gear would allow such poor quality items bearing the company's name never again will i any products from Gorilla Gear very poor merchandise

P##s poor company, customer service none existent. Ordered beginning of April and still waiting for them to complete the order. I'm still receiving special offers by email but they can't complete the old orders. Got palmed off with them blaming evri, Royal mail and DPD. Looking like another gym clothing company just like Xplosiveape ripping customers off taking your money and running.

Placed an order on 4th April, have emailed them 4 times with no reply and also tried to make contact by telephone 5+ times however no one ever answers.
I am now having to apply for a charge back with my bank!

Unfortunately you cannot leave less than one star. Placed order on 14th March and goods still not delivered. On chasing up provided with Generic emails that suggest orders are taking slightly longer than their 14 day despatch time (which is obviously a lie) and no reply when you call number provided.

I had ordered previously and service and quality of product was good.
They are still promoting their products aggressively yet cannot fulfil existing orders which have been paid for.

Update 31 May - received an email after the original post asking me to make contact again, which I did, I got emails fro two different employees saying they would look into it and still nothing. Now sending out emails saying only a week behind - further lies - do not BUY from this organisation

Can't believe how bad this company is. Have never left a bad review for anything in my life but literally from start to finish their service has been a joke.

- Heard nothing for about 3 weeks after ordering.
- After that had to just keep chasing it up every so often. Would get vague messages back but they'd never really tell me what was going on - just things like asking for my order number and then disappearing.

- I asked for a refund, which they ignored.
- 2 weeks later my order comes. Completely and utterly wrong
- Can't get in touch with them to sort anything out, reduced to getting frustrated on Trustpilot lol!

I could go in to more detail, it's been a total shambles. But cba! Haha. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

Ordered over a month ago for products over £100 pounds and then another order for £20

Sent emails confirming that they have been shipped, tracking number provided, checked on evrii they havnt recieved the packages

Despite several emails and one single reply from "Gemma" who would look into it and come back to me

Nothing at all

Now I want my money back so I expect a refund asap or it's the small claims court and trading standards.

They blame high demand yet continue to bombard you with special offers.

Over 3 weeks and nothing, you will receive a generic apology email them blaming Evri.

Shop elsewhere.

Update from the below: 18th May, 2 months have now passed and no change to the order status - thankfully I placed a dispute with the bank and they were pretty prompt at refunding, shows how many issues there clearly are with them. The worst customer service ever experienced. I didn’t send a reply quoting TP as they hadn’t provided any satisfactory response to the many email queries they received prior to the review, why would anything change? A shambles from start to finish.

Placed an order on 17th March which included the ‘mystery box’; the biggest mystery of which remains where it is.

I have been in contact with the company regularly to try and find out what is going on - I’ve had apologies from a customer services rep, I’ve had no reply to other emails and more importantly I’ve not had anyone tell me where my order is, what has happened or when I will receive it.

Unbelievably disappointing - I placed an order last year which was received and was good value; this time around it’s been a shambles and unfortunately I placed a second order in good faith shortly after the first which I haven’t even tried to follow up on at this stage.

Leaving a poor review is always a last resort, unfortunately there’s been no attempt whatsoever to tell me what’s going on and where my order is.

Poor form.

Absolutely shocking experience with this company, I waited 6 weeks for items to arrive and then found every single item was the wrong size and the quality of the garments are very poor, it's a real shame because I've had a couple of tshirts from them in the past and they were great, just a thought but maybe Gorilla war wear should stop running promotions and stick to making good quality items instead of cheap rubbish.

Just received my £40 bundle and got to say I’m really pleased with the items.
Hoodies are so comfortable and being an XXL, it’s great to find they are long in the body which so many are not ! Perfect fit.
All of the styles are one’s I would likely order myself.
Will be ordering again soon.
Took a few days to arrive but was told that when ordering. This business can be trusted.

This company is an absolute farce with zero care for the customer.
I have placed an order over 2 months ago and still have no items .
I have sent numerous emails and all I get is the same generic response that due to high demand they are delayed and blame the couriers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR STUFF ANY TIME SOON

Placed an order 6 weeks ago and as yet have not had anything. Have tried to ask for an update to be ignored initially and then told by customer service it’s been passed to head office nothing else they can do.

Really disappointing, especially when I continue to receive emails with new offers when I’ve not received this one.

Update me and my partner have now been blocked after asking for a refund responded once to an email have SCAM SCAM SCAM Do not buy from this company

Ordered goods 23rd March expected to wait 14 working days.
11th April goods shown as dispatched through Evri.
18th April Goods were apparently resent - no tracking information provided for the resent goods.
I am still awaiting the goods.
No tracking information.
Now they are ignoring emails.
I will report this to trading standards and issue a letter before action.

Avoid at all costs.

I will be pursuing with trading standards to try and get my money back.
