I’m sorry but this really is not good enough service and should actually be a minus score!!!! Nothing but automated emails, simply the worst customer service I’ve ever received , my order was allegedly posted via Evri (despite the service I paid for being listed as DPD) whom are well known for appalling delivery service.
True to that reputation, they claim to have not received the package from Gorilla War Wear!
So 3 weeks in from ordering I have zero communication from them, no clue as to which parcel delivery service has the package and no idea when it may or may not arrive!
I understand running promotions puts them in a position where they cannot deliver in a satisfactory lead time, so maybe they should focus more on their service to their paying customers?

Had a reply from ‘gorillawarwear’ asking to email them & they would process refund.
It’s now been 3 weeks since I emailed them & still nothing.
I really feel that their reply via Trustpilot was to try & make them look good.
I can’t believe they are still advertising on Instagram.

Items returned & received 13th December 2022 @ 11.30.
No refund yet after over 4 months & numerous email/ phone calls that are never acknowledged, just a generic email stating they are busy.
How can company treat customers like this.
I would not advise anyone to use this company, I was sucked in via Instagram & they are still advertising on that platform.
DO NOT USE THEM!

Spent £80 on 2 hoodie on the 31st March and despite numerous emails chasing I am still waiting on the 18th April.
I have had responses - we are sorry - it has been shipped - due to our successful promo etc etc but the simple reality is this:
Don't run a promotion if you cannot fulfil customer orders - and if you cant fulfil orders then stop the promotion and stop accepting orders!
Shocking service and definitely not customer focused!

Update: Have now, despite more emails, reversed the charge and given up with GorillaWarWear - PLEASE don't waste your time on this company

Don't trust this company - over 3 weeks ago I was forced to do a chargeback through my bank !!!!

Very poor. Order didn't arrive and not received a refund yet. Customer service very poor. I would of given 0 stars if I could.

Placed an order 26th March and understood from other reviews that I may be waiting for approx 2 weeks for delivery, received an update that my order had been despatched on the 11 April with an Evri tracking number, the tracking number has said they are expecting the parcel from GorillaWarwear but had not received, I have emailed multiple times but they do not respond (they seem to respond more on here than they do to emails), looking at their social media it seems to be an occurring situation with others being given a tracking number but they are not sending goods, I assume that I have been ripped off and hope hope I can get money back from credit card

Haven’t received my replacement items they said they were sending out on march 10th, no replies to my messages or emails, this was supposed to be a birthday present for my dad, very disappointing as I really like there products.

Amending my review, still no products of any description arrived, tracking info shows zero movement, no replies, constant offer emails. Very sad at the service received.

I ordered £80 worth of clothes from this company 4 months ago and have not received anything, there is absolutely no customer service, they have basically stolen my money.

Gorilla War Wear Where’s my order. You are nothing but thieves. Let’s show shall we.. so you send an email (Tuesday 11th April @ 10.19am) saying “PLEASE NOTE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED VIA ROYAL MAIL AS WE ARE CURRENTLY LOCKED IN A DISPUTE WITH DPD REGARDING OVERCHARGES ON OUR ACCOUNT. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT DUE TO THE ONGOING ROYAL MAIL STRIKES THERE MAY BE A DELIVERY DELAY THAT IS UNFORTUNATELY BEYOND OUR CONTROL” (probably screwed them over as well) THEN in another order despatch email (Tuesday 11th April @ 10.23am) same day 4 minutes later saying order:
Items shipped via Evri on April 11, 2023 with tracking number H03PCA00000***** (Shipstation). So what is it? Royal Mail (no tracking number given) or evri (who by the way say they don’t have it - see screenshot)

I say you are conmen, I say you bluster your way through hoping folks will write it off. Not happening. Either provide the items we entered into a contract with when I purchased OR refund in full £64.97. Failing that i shall report to Trading Standards and fraud / theft.

**** update based on YOUR comments.. you claim you were “unaware” of an issue with my order. Again I find this lies. I have commented MULTIPLE times on your Facebook page, I have sent MULTIPLE emails - to which I get the auto reply, I have sent instagram and Facebook messages, all of which have been Ignored. If the items turn up and are the correct order, correct size and of the quality you claim them to be I shall be amazed.

Bought the $50 bundle. Two hoodies, two t-shirts and a beanie.

Emailed to change size. No response. Received items the wrong size and terrible quality. Lines down the print and looks like it will peal off. The materials of the clothing is also not great. The beanie is this weird thing like a tea cosie that barely covers my heard.

Emailed to ask for an exchange or refund. Again, no response.

Such a shame as the products they market look great but nothing like I received. I am also getting bombarded with advertising emails from them.

Still no refund. Got an automated email 15/4/23 to return the goods to an address.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Took my money and then no items. One reply to email promising to correct the order then nothing... 100% DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS

Horrendous customer service from the start promise after promise and now ignoring emails and Instagram, messenge. Thought I would try out one of the deals they had a hoodie and tees offer’s ordered 12th December and only half arrived 6th January fair enough due to post strikes. Messaged the same day to advise and mistake do happen, promised the order would be completed which was fine. It’s now 4 months on and after more emails, instagrams etc promises. NOTHING 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ really wish I’d seen this before
I wouldn't use this company again and seriously would advise people to avoid.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Ordered in November 22, despite numerous promises & emails my goods never arrived. In the end got refunded by PayPal.
Update: 25/4/23 After I left this review contacted by Gemma & after numerous emails was promised my Order would be sorted & she would see to it personally.Unfortunately still waiting! If I could give Zero star I would.

Scammers never reply to emails or messages and now blocked me on FB I have reported to watchdog and looking in to trading standards the phone number on the site is dead I will be contacting FB to remove their account

Scammers- no items delivered, nonrefund and now they have blocked me on Facebook as I was calling them out as scammers. I'll be making new profiles and doing same so that everyone knows they are scammers. Avoid and save ur money , they are cowboys 🤠

Despite the reply from the company below, I emailed as requested and didn't even get a reply...not even the generic email ive been getting along the way!!! Still haven't received my items and I ordered nearly 2 months ago!!!!****
Absolute disgrace of a company!! As with other people who have reviewed, I am yet to receive a proper response about not receiving my order. I ordered on 2nd march...its now the 5th April. Had an email to say it had been dispatched on 14th March then alls you get back when you try and email are generic email replies! Its now got to the stage I will be contacting trading standards!! Robbing people blind!!!!

Took money didn't send goods and now ignore, messages, emails and phone calls this company is one of the worst I've dealt with

No order was received no refund given and no response from the company.

They are offering these really good deals at super high discounts to earn a load of money and write it off as its a LTD company. Its a fraud scheme.

Thieves no other way to put it take your money don't reply to emails wouldn't ever advise ordering from here and joke they get shut down and costs the owners a fortune and outs them in hardship no more to be said about them
