Do not buy. This company has applied to be struck off. They don't reply. Still waiting for a refund they say they have sent. Never had such bad service.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Have been waiting a month for my order. No replies to my emails, no real explanation for the delay. Would NOT recommend.

Don’t waste your money…. The bundles look a good deal… they aren’t. Seconds chucked in a bag, labels removed, incorrect sizes… no reply to emails, no intention to correct, block you if you criticise on social media.
Shame, because the one hoodie in the bundle that was ok to wear is pretty good.
Not a great business model.

Do not buy from this company weeks of waiting no response other than generic emails no sign of goods,no contact absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.Avoid at all cost

Ordered goods 6 weeks ago and still no reply other than generic emails blaming everything else, if you email the help line it sends an email to email the same email!! very poor service, it’s a shame as the clothing is decent which I bought from their actual shop. I am recalling my credit card payment today.

I placed a order for a t shirt,beanie and a hoodie in January,it is showing as completed and awaiting collection from ervie,despite emailing them and messaging them on social media,I have heard nothing from them
Its a shame as I ordered from them before,but I'm around £45 out of pocket

SCAM, ordered 4 weeks ago. nothing tried contacting them multiple times. Even messaged the owner on facebook.

Saw these guys on a stall at Birmingham NEC sports festival a couple of years ago, really nice guys and the clothes were good quality for the price so thought I'd order a mystery hoody box, that was over a month ago and the order hasn't even been despatched yet so I'm not holding out too much hope, they've ignored my last email too so it's not looking good 😂

Ordered £60 worth of clothing. I got a note after 3 weeks saying it was shipping with Evri and a tracking number. This number just says Evri are expecting my parcel, it hasn't actually been shipped. I reached out to contact Gorilla war wear. All you get is automated response. I tried email, phone, messenger.... I applied for a chargeback through my bank for the money back! ******AVOID THIS COMPANY***** if you look up their accounts on companies house, it appears they are about to go bust!

Don't bother. Company is about to wrap up. Check the companies online. They've applied to be struck out.

Ordered in January 2 X 2 hoodie special only received one lot of hoodies. I emailed them which they responded to immediately apologising and advised they would send the other two out straight away. Sadly 1 month later not replying and have not received the missing items.

Ordered from them, couldn't login in to account. Reached out nothing, chased up nothing, Instagram and Facebook nothing. After weeks of waiting, they respond, I give them feedback they tell me they will refund me as they don't want my custom. Shocking company, shame really

I placed an order on the 30th November 2022 paid in full It was a xmas gift for my son. 4 months later still no parcel and NO REFUND. HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS AND TRY PHONEING NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm shocked about how bad the service of this place is, I ordered a couple of pieces on 27/01/2023 and despite multiple emails trying to get hold of them I've received 1 email back saying my emails were being directed to spam. Just an update or atleast a reply to emails would be nice but not a peep

Thing is, it is nice kit, good quality and fit.
But f#@k me the service is bad. Deliveries take about a month.
It is what it is, small company, lots of orders, fine, I can put up with that to a point, but now, needing an exchange in size, nothing.
Tracked delivery confirmed 8th of feb,but not a peep from anybody, despite multiple emails there’s been no reply in over a month!
Looks like I’m eating a £20 loss on this one

Ordered a mystery box on the 22nd of feb, received an email with a tracking number but it still has not been dispatched. Been over 3 weeks now and every email I send I get a generic one back. Requested a full refund now as waiting for the items to arrive I could have walked there and fetched them myself quicker. Avoid this seller

Placed quite a few special orders with this company. They all arrived but for the last one which did arrive late. Which was fine due to Christmas and new year also postal strikes. They messed up the size order did send an email and message on FB messenger but no reply just standard email response about delivers. So tried to phone them no answer the item has been sent back tracked and I know it's been signed for luckily I paid threw klarna so don't need do anything but very disappointed with the customer service side of things needs to improve drastically.

No one answers the phone or emails. You only receive automated responses and the deadlines on these just keep extending.

Scam, I will be contacting my bank for a charge back.

Customer non service they have ignored emails and Instagram messages. Thought I would try out one of the deals they had a hoodie with a beanie ordered December 23rd.
I realised it would be a long wait for delivery after seeing reviews on fb this didn't bother me.
When I got it eventually 1 month later there was only the hoodie. 3 emails and 5 insta DMs and not one response. I wouldn't use this company again and seriously would advise people to avoid.
