Ordered over 3 weeks ago and still not been delivered. I've emailed numerous times and messaged on Instagram. Appalling customer service for a company that charges such high prices for products.

Would not of given these cowboys even 1 star but had to before I could post anything.

Placed an order on 15th may and 10 weeks later still no goods!!!!!!!

Been fobbed of with different excuses like DX delivery company does not deliver to the highlands.
I find this strange as I worked for DX for 13 years in Inverness!!!

Have asked for refund but not holding my breath so going to raise a visa dispute with them and contact trading standards as well

Still waiting for my order which I placed on October 2019 sent many emails to them got a reply saying they were looking into it heard nothing more since AVOID this company con merchants

Bought a few T-shirt’s from them and had to wait weeks for delivery. I had to send one t shirt back as it looked nothing like the pictures. Sent this recorded delivery and never heard from them again. No replacement, no refund and not once did they reply to my emails. Shame really as they done some great T shirts.

My dad ordered over £70 worth of clothing from this site 6 weeks ago. On 2 occasions he has received emails to say they'll be arriving on that day, and they never arrive. He's requested a refund 3 times, and instead is assured he will receive his items within the next few days... and never does! So now it doesn't look as though he will get his items OR a refund. Don't order from Gorilla War Wear!!!!

I would give them no stars if possible. Don’t believe the high reviews for this company. After a month of excuses I did not receive my items so I asked for a refund.
When they failed to reply I started a payment dispute.
I the received a mixture of sizes and different prints to the ones I initially ordered.
I am still waiting for the dispute to be settled and a refund.
No not purchase from this company.

Very good brand! The T-shirts are top quality and unique, and although a little slow in production, the customer service has been great. I would highly recommend them, and will definitely order from them again!

Gorilla war wear appear to be a dodgy company. Avoid at all costs. They take
Money they email to say delivery will be made on a certain date. Never arrives. No response to further emails or Facebook messages. Reported as fake. Comments on their Facebook page are deleted of they don’t like what you say. Very unprofessional

Placed an order with them and have received nothing, no reponse to messages or emails and no phone number to contact them. Avoid at all costs!!

Ordered 3 T-shirts. After waiting for 6 weeks my parcel finally arrived and only had 2 garments in it. Despite numerous promises the extra T-shirt has not been sent to me. They do not now reply to emails so I started posting on Facebook. These messages quickly get deleted along with any other negative reviews. I have now been block from posting on their page.
It is a shame as their products are good

I have placed many orders. And have received all my items,
With in a acceptable time frame.
And if I have had any questions. I have found the customer service very good, With quick replys. Over all I would recommend the product.
I am looking forward to placing new orders. I have nearly baught most of the t shirts. And several hoodies.

These guys are con artists. They take your money, the delivery takes weeks and then they stick a note in the parcel saying "items not available, refund will be made". Weeks and weeks later and multiple ignored requests via email, still no refund. You can not treat your customers this way. This is theft and fraud. Never touch them.

Not sure about all these good reviews, I placed an order in Jan 2019 and have not received any feedback or communication except for an email confirmation.

There is no tele number on the web page and despite the multiple emails requesting an update on the delivery date, still nothing but happy to take my money.

I have requested a refund twice, but no response.

I would not recommend based on my experience.

Great price, great communication and customer service and most of all very good quality clothes! Shame more aren’t this easy to deal with.
