Everything was easy and straightforward. Prescription came quickly and was cold even coming all the way up to Fairbanks Alaska!!

Very pleased with the entire process. It was quick and painless. My order arrived still cold with all the instructions and essentials I needed for my shot.

It was easy to sign up and get the prescription sent. I had no issues with any of that. I already had experience with the medication so I didn't need guidance. I think it would be scary and confusing if you don't know anything and need quick responses from the team. It took days for any response.

Easy Process.

The onboarding process was very easy and all follow up communications have been quick and professional as well. Delivery was delayed over the weekend and the product was warm when it arrived but that does not appear to be a problem.

My only complaint is that the package itself did not include instructions on how much of the substance I should inject on a given day; I had to go back to the website for that.
