Communication is Key
GobyMeds staff is very responsive to questions and clearly communicate the process. Price is right for a 12 week supply. Delivery by UPS was early and packaged very well. Order is very detailed which includes a step by step instruction card. Nice job.

Poor customer service
Well, first shipment was great. 2nd shipment, they did not put my vial in a prescription bottle (try traveling out of the country with that) and instead of clear liquid it was PINK! Imagine my surprise after only taking a clear one. I reached out and told them my issues and they just basically told me to take it- pink is fine- even thought I didn't want the pink additive (B12 apparently). They sent me a pic of my FIRST prescription in the prescription bottle and tried to tell me that's what they sent. I told them I'd return the vial not so they could resell but so they'd have proof I wasn't trying to get something for free. And told them getting a vial of pink meds with NO prescription bottle is WILD. They are not about customer service they are a little GLP-1 bank. Luckily for me there are TONS of other options and goby meds is too expensive for this kind of customer service.

Hi Kelley, we are sorry you had a less-than-amazing experience with us. However, I do want to say that before you place an order, you are able to choose the pharmacy along with the additives, including B12. B12 does have a pink tint to it and that is just the nature of the medication. We also have other options from other pharmacies that do not contain additives if that is something that you are more interested in.
Also, to address your comment on sending medication back, due to FDA regulations, we are not able to take back any medications that are sent out. Also, each pharmacy is different, and sometimes your medication may not come in a prescription bottle but will have the prescription information included in your shipment.
