Medication delivery
I have no problem with the medication itself; it's just that when they delivered the box to my house, the medicine felt lukewarm, not cold, and the price was a little higher than the first time.

Hey there, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Our pharmacies pack each shipment of medication with an ice pack to help keep the medication as stable for long as possible. Often times, this ice pack will be melted and your medication may not be cold. The pharmacies perform temperature studies to show that the medication can survive multiple days over 100°+.
Our pricing can always be found on our website. You may find that if you titrate up, you will need more medication, which typically comes with a slight price increase. As during your titration steps, you could be using up to two times the medication that you were before. Hope this helps, and wish you the best of luck on your weight loss journey with us.

Dissatisfied with Delivery service and customer service…
Delivery service and customer service fail.
Order was place on 7/18/26, met virtually on Monday 7/20/26. Order was received by Casa Pharm same day and was charged the full amount on 7/18/26. Here we are on 7/28/26 and the order is still in processing. The advertising shows the order to ship in 2-3 business days. Did someone lose track of counting? Contacted Customer Service multiple times, all I get is the AI answers, not true customer service, the sickly sweet responses with zero accountability or resolution to the situation. If I had known the shipping was NOT going to be within this time, I would have made other arrangements so I was not missing doses. So here we are on day 8 since they actually had the order and nothing has shipped. Be prepared for the 2 week wait if you are interested in this company. Hope this helps others with this headache before they commit a large sum of money.

Hey, just wanted to reach out and say that we apologize for any delay in your order. 503A and 503B pharmacies are undergoing some changes, and because of that, processing and shipping times from the pharmacies are behind. We are constantly working with our pharmacies to keep our prices low and have the fastest shipping, but unfortunately, just due to the industry being under constant strain right now, shipping times are just delayed.
To address the customer service delays. We use an AI service to route your customer support ticket to the appropriate person. Typical response time is usually within a few hours but can take up to 24 hours, as we need to look into the pharmacy, confirm your order, and all the other moving pieces in order to provide you with information. It seems like our customer support team was able to talk with you and get your situation resolved. We wish you the best on your weight loss journey with us.
