Package arrived on time and instructions were detailed

The process was simple and fast. I am dissatisfied with the shipping method however. My product was left outside in an envelope in the Florida sun on hot concrete. That concrete temp can reach 130 degrees. That cannot be safe. I was able to leave work quickly but it could have been worse. I have a family member who orders a similar product and received his in a Styrofoam cooler. This seems much safer.

Their site was easy to navigate and they have been quick to answer my questions.

My meds were shipped ups 2nd day air but didn’t arrive until 3 days later, completely warm. I live in Texas, it gets 115 degrees. How can I tell if this medication went bad? It showed up in soaked packing and nowhere near cold. Please help?

I received this medication today and the package was extremely hot, inside and outside. I measured the temperature of what was the ice/cooling pack included and ~10 minutes after I retrieved the package from the door it was still at 102F.

From the tracking I see there was a shipment delay making for a 4-day trip through very hot Florida and Austin, this in combination with insufficient packaging too keep it cool, means this medication is spoiled and should not be used.

Customer support has so far been useless refusing to send a replacement or issue refund. Shipment of prescription medication to Texas is legally bound by Texas Administrative Code (22 TAC) §291.12(b)(3) which states that transient heat fluctuations are strictly capped at a maximum ceiling of 25°C (77°F) for no more than 24 hours. Gobymeds/Absolute Pharmacy keeps insisting on 104F over 4 days being acceptable in an attempt to bypass regulation and put their patients/customers health at risk.

Felt it took way longer to get my shipment sent out to me.
Also, order was a hassle. It kept rerouting me to add more things in to order.
