Great and easy delivery

I have been using Goby for my GLP one for over a month. Your service is great, but the medication itself something is different than all previous GLP 1 pharmacies I have used. Something drastically changed. My appetite is still strong and there is no change in weight. Disappointed. Will not be re-ordering.

I’m currently giving GobyMeds 3 stars because it’s been very difficult to get answers to an important medication question. I called twice and also sent a message through the portal. One representative answered my call but was unable to explain why my prescribed tirzepatide dose goes from 3 mg in week 4 to 6 mg in week 5. Since this is a significant increase, I wanted clarification before taking my next injection. I was transferred to the pharmacist, reached voicemail, and left a message, but I have not received a response. At this point, my rating reflects the difficulty in reaching someone who can answer important medication questions. I hope someone follows up soon because I still have several questions before starting my next dose.

Goby was great except for the time it took between placing my order and when it actually shipped. Goby needs to have a talk with Casa, the pharmacy that actually filled the prescription.

Easy and quick!

Had great experience until I felt that my emails re: delayed shipment of refrigerated medication wasn’t really acknowledged. Instead, I received a generic statement about the heat threshold with a survey to complete. When a customer spends $300 (for this round), they would like to be acknowledged when expressing concern.

I've been trying to communicate with my doctors through the chat but that gets ignored. Best I can tell this medication doesn't do anything it seems like it may be fake which if it turns out to not be one of the approved formulations from an approved manufacturer once I get my samples back from the lab that I sent out and it was sold in my state is illegal. As you can see they've replied to this review very quickly including claiming it was defamatory and trying to get the review company to pull it down but they can't answer the chats that I've been sending them for days on the patient portal they just tell me to keep trying to send them messages on the portal.

Avoid, going downhill. After months with OK service, they've had my order 'fulfilling' at a Texas pharmacy for 2 weeks. I've now run out of medication. These guys can't find proper pharmacies to fulfill their orders anymore. Avoid at ALL COSTS, I had to login and find to medication was still 'Awaiting Fulfillment' after 15 days. As compounded pharmacies are cracked down on, these guys are useless. Order 73871
