You sent me medication in a hot package that is useless. You cannot sent meds like this. They need to be cold and likely sent with dry ice. It is way too hot to send it otherwise.

Hi! Thank you for reaching out. Based on their stability data, the medication is considered stable for up to 4 days at temperatures as high as 104°F.
The pharmacy also includes a card noting that it's expected for the medication to arrive warm at times and that this does not affect its integrity.
As long as the contents appear intact, the medication is considered safe to use.

After doing quite a bit of research
After doing quite a bit of research, I chose Goby. Their price is quite a lot cheaper than LillyDirect. I liked that I was able to have B12 put into the medicine. So far they have delivered on every promise.
